A All Valley Plumbing & Sewer Service

I had a problem with my toilet leaking so I called A.All Valley Plumbing on 9-8-22. The plumber that came said I needed to change the flange as well as the wax ring. I agreed to the work and was charged $345. The next day, I called twice but got a busy signal when trying to report that the toilet sounded louder when flushing. On 9-13-22, I called again and the same person came out. He said he didn't think it was loud and they don't caulk around the bottom of toilets due to bacteria. On 9-16-22, I noticed that when letting out bathwater, the toilet started making bubbling noises that were never a problem before. I called on 9-19 and was told someone would be there in 2 hours, but no one came. I called on 9-20 and 9-21 and was told he was taking care of other customers and would call before coming, but there was no show. On 9-22, I gave the company a chance to come on their own, but there was still no show. On 9-23, I was told the on-call guy would come, but there was still no show. On 9-26, my sister called while I listened and wrote down what was not true. The plumber came by later and said he would be there the next day himself to fix the problem, but he never showed or called. On 9-27, I called again and was told he didn't like giving people a set time. He said he would call, but still hasn't. I've given him a week of me not contacting him, but there has been no response. He knows his plumber probably knocked something loose or cracked something and he doesn't want to own up to it. I called to have a leak fixed and now I have a toilet flushing louder and sounding like a sludge pipe bubbling when bathwater is being let out of the tub. At this point, I would rather have a refund on the work they did because now I don't trust them to do any more work in my house and have to find a plumber to fix whatever they messed up. It could be a busted/cracked pipe under the floor leaking each time I flush. Also, he put shims under the toilet so now there's a gap where anything can roll underneath and be there forever. Not to mention spills. Not good.
