Very polite & explained everything to me very patiently. Came b.ack next day to install everything. Advised me on new outside water hoses to purchase & helped me install them throwing old ones away. Very helpful both of the men, Javier & Juan.

The Nerds were outstanding. I was able to scheduled an appointment at 11 pm for the following day. They showed up and did a fantastic job fixing a leak without causing a mess. They were extremely professional from the dispatcher to the plumber that showed. Would definitely use them again.

The Nerds did a great job for me today. Kyle knew what he was doing and quickly and efficiently fixed my leaking sink. I will definitely use them again if I have another plumbing problem. Their communication with me via text and Voicemail was also done very efficiently before the job started.

Luis and Angel from Plumbing Nerds were exceptional in service and workmanship. They both worked very hard to get my plumbing installed. They were punctual, courteous, professional and incredibly hard working and were reliable to get my home plumbing installed. Well, I was at work and my friend was staying at my house and the handle on the tub would not turn off, so the water was running nonstop and they could not turn it of. so they called plumbing nerds. I started receiving texts that somebody would be at my house to fix it which would be fine. I called and SPECIFICALLY asked if there would be a trip charge and or a flat rate and I was told no there was none. I was also informed that I would be CALLED with the options of what I could do and I said "OK I will be going to my next job my friend will be there when someone gets there. so I was waiting to receive the call that they were there and the options that I had as to what should or could be done . by the time I got a text saying they'd be there within 35 to 40 minutes evidently they were already gone from my house or almost gone from my house , They did not call me , did not give me options, and replaced one itty-bitty teeny tiny part rather than replacing the Bath tub faucet . it's not even done well it does not work well and they charged astronomical price of ober $300 for the less than one hour they were here and probably a two dollar part. My friend said that seemed awfully high and they said it would be three dollars $300 no matter what! Had I been home for the day I literally would have replaced the part myself, but the water was running and my friend was here so They called someone. I believe they were taken for a ride As to cost and I believe it's sort of a bit of highway robbery

First to say that we agree with a lot of other reviews that Plumbing Nerds is way over priced. Almost always the response from Plumbing Nerds is that there is 100% satisfaction. Well for us & several others that is not the case. We hired them & paid for over $10,000.00 of improvements & work in our home so, for them not to stand behind their own recommendations - it is not 100% satisfactory. One of the jobs completed in our home was a new toilet for our master bath. Their recommendation was a $735.00 toilet. We knew that we could get a good toilet for much less but decided to go with their recommendation. They showed us pictures of the toilet that they would order for the job but once installed it was clearly not the same toilet. The one installed looked like they pieced together different toilet parts from their warehouse from different jobs. The seat of the toilet overhung the base of the commode by 2". The base of the toilet was so small and was under sized for our master bath. The toilet was diffidently different parts pieced together and was Not the one shown to us when ordering. When we called them to come out and look at the toilet they installed and to go over the "100% satisfaction" we were ultimately told that they would not replace the toilet that they installed to the one that we in fact ordered, but it would be an up charge of anther $700.00 to do so. Of course we were Not going to fall for that. So, 100% NO satisfaction. We hired another plumber to take out the hodgepodge toilet and replace with a new satisfactory one - labor and all for much less than the $735.00. We would never recommend Plumbing Nerds to anyone and good luck to anyone who reads & still chooses to hire them! Also, to say - that the toilet was not the only unsatisfied work that they did. The tech that advised us on our steam shower did Not know what he was talking about. He was more of a salesman than a Tech. We also went with their recommendations for our steam shower only to have to hire an electrician and absorb this cost in addition. All because the Tech sold us on a steam shower that he knew nothing about.

I hired Plumbing Nerds, LLC to swap out my toilet. They did the job, but they charged me too much. I emailed the boss asking for a list of what I was charged for, but he didn't give me one. He said his company is fancy and not for everyone. He also said I was charged for the time his worker spent driving to my place. The worker spent most of his time chatting with my tenant and didn't tell us about the different service options they have, like silver or gold. Instead, the boss just charged me whatever he felt like. It's hard being a landlord from far away, and this company took advantage of that. Plus, the worker tried to sell me a $1600 fix for something else he found. They're sneaky and overcharge for their work, and the boss didn't do anything to fix it.

I called Plumbing Nerds on 12/31 'cause my water heater was leaking and it was making a mess in my house. They set me up with an appointment for 1/1/22, but then I found out my warranty company wouldn't pay for it unless they said it was okay first. So I had to cancel. But then my warranty company said I could use an outside company if I paid first and then got reimbursed. So I called Plumbing Nerds back and set up another appointment. They came and gave me an estimate and I paid them $85 with a check. Then I sent the estimate and some pictures to my warranty company, but they wanted more detailed pricing. So I called Plumbing Nerds on 1/1/22 and asked for more details. They said they would call me back, but they never did. I called again on 1/2/22 and asked again, but still no call back. I called again on 1/4/22 and they said they only had per job pricing and wouldn't give me a detailed estimate. I asked them to call my warranty company, but they said no. So I asked for my $85 back, but they said no again. I think they should have told me up front that they don't work with warranty companies and I should get my money back.
