XenonHIDs.com review: Help

I had purchased a full set of headlights from this company, Headlights fog lights and high beams. Everything went through pretty quickly on the purchase and even on emails confirming the order, and the order shipping status. However a month later the tracking number provided still states the USPS is still waiting delivery of that item. After an email to the customer service and a few responses with little to no help, they stopped responding to them. 5 unanswered emails later here I am. Of course single I can't get ahold of anyone by phone or email I'm going to have. To call my bank and hope they honor a fraudulent purchase claim
