If I could give this company a zero rating I would. It was not delivered to me but delivered to a different address. Not the company's fault. I was directed by Amazon to a site that I could send them an email explaining what happened and just asking what their policy is if they would cover another battery. I keep getting messages from Amazon that I need to contact the seller but I am and they will not respond. Such a [censored]ty way to do business. I wish my fiance would have read the reviews before purchased. Please Do not buy from this fictitious company. RIP OFF, RIP OFF, SCAM BIG TIME, RIP OFF

Got myself a Chrome Battery from chromebattery.com for my HD Sporty. It lasted for only a year and a half. I had to replace it. Even though I removed it from my bike during winter and kept it inside on trickle charge, it still didn't last long. I won't be buying from them again.

I bought a Chrome Battery for my motorcycle and it started to give me some trouble after only two years. Unfortunately, it didn't even make it close to three years before it completely died on me. I was pretty disappointed with this, and I don't think I'll be buying from them again.

This battery ain't worth the money. I bought it from chromebattery.com and they said it was so much better than the original equipment. But let me tell you, that's a load of crap. The original battery lasted me a good 7 years, but this "much better" battery only lasted 18 months. I'm not a happy shopper in Tenn, let me tell you. Ordered a battery from this site and wasn't satisfied with its quality. It did not hold a charge at all. Very poor quality of the product, just not worth the money. Chrome Battery customer service refused to refund my money because I had only a 10 day warranty and there was no way I could return it on time. They tried to be nice and said that they were very sorry that I did not like the product. That's all they did - just said sorry. Customer support was absolutely unhelpful.

After that the seller provided confirmation info and the tracking number, which turned out to be fake. And after 4 weeks I still haven’t received my order.
