After receiving the items (3 separate orders) only one of the orders worked properly. I tried for days to contact the company via email and phone before I finally got through to a person. I was granted two RMA (return numbers) after a grueling conversation that the products did not work properly. Then proceeded to pack the orders for return myself (ALL components on both orders). Two weeks after delivery confirmation says it was received and still no refund given. I emailed several days before getting a response:
The rude customer rep Lecrecia B., said that a remote and small receiver was missing in the return box and I KNOW that it was packed and sent back along with all paper work and a listing of all the items. I know without a doubt that all the items were returned, the items were not missing when it was shipped back. They have been so aggravating to deal with and now they are stealing my money too!
They should have refunded 98.00 for the order but $0 refund even after returning everything?
This is horrible business practices...no ethics whatsoever! They are thieves!
