TruthFinder review: Was of no use; difficult to cancel

The information that I had received, trying to locate a fellow that I used to work with was of no help. I cancelled my subscription the same day that I had signed up for their trial offer. 30 days later, they have billed my credit card for another month. I emailed the company to reiterate that I did not want the subscription and to cancel my account. TheIR reply was that the cancellation could not be done by email. I would have to either log in or speak directly with their representative, to my mind their attempt to make the cancellation as difficult as possible. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank. I would not be surprised if the bank is familiar with this company and their tactics. My advice is DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
