www.fastaddresschange.com fastaddresschange.com is a scam!

fastaddresschange.com is a scam! They got me good, making me give them my new address and then charging me for something I didn't want. They even asked for my debit card info under the guise of verifying my identity. Don't trust them!

www.fastaddresschange.com This biz is slimy

www.fastaddresschange.com This company looked like USPS

This company looked like USPS. I thought I was dealing with USPS until I saw a charge of $59.90 on my card. They need to be stopped. I'm sure others have been scammed too. Seems like a bait and switch phishing scam.

www.fastaddresschange.com I got a beef with these guys

I got a beef with these guys. They seem like they're down with the USPS, but they ain't. Plus, there's no way to get in touch with them right away, like on the phone or through instant chat. And get this - they charged me $60 for something that the USPS does for a measly buck. That's straight up shady. I shot them an email to see if they'll give me my money back, but I ain't holding my breath. This company needs to be shut down, for real.

www.fastaddresschange.com Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up about fastaddresschange.com

Hey guys, just wanted to give you a heads up about fastaddresschange.com. I think it might be a scam. First off, they make it seem like they're the USPS website, but they're not. It's super confusing. Second, they don't tell you how much they're going to charge you before you agree to anything. They just charge you whatever they want later on. And finally, even if they do change your address, you have no way of knowing for sure. So be careful and watch out!

www.fastaddresschange.com 07/01 I believed I was on the USPS website entering a change of address, only after I entered my card info and it showed $59.95

07/01 I believed I was on the USPS website entering a change of address, only after I entered my card info and it showed $59.95. 07/01 I believed I was on the USPS website entering a change of address, only after I clicked submit it I got a notification from my Visa card that I was charged 59.95. then I realized I was not on the right site. the Website made itself seem as the official USPS website and is the very first one to pop up when you search for USPS address change. Having moved several times I know the USPS charges a small fee to verify identity when filing a change of address so I thought nothing of putting my credit card info in.I immediately called my bank to dispute but they had already taken out their money that quickly.

On February 28 i went on the website *** to change my address. It asked for my credit card number to verify my identity. Then on March 4 a $79.95 transaction showed up on my bank statement for MAILFORWARDUSPS No where did it say it would be a charge of $79.95. I tried to go through the website to contact them but couldn't find a link to contact them. I would like a refund of the total amount of $79.95.

I went on the USPS site to do a change of address form and was charged $79.95 on my card. Didn't know/expected to pay that amount to change my address. When you can get the form for free at the post office. But due to this virus. I don't like to go in places around people. It makes my anxiety level spike. So can you please help me resolve this issue of my being taken advantage of? Thank You

Didn't know this wasn't a legit *** address change and then they charged $59.95 w/o ever disclosing the cost Didn't know this wasn't a legit *** address change and then they charged $59.95 w/o ever disclosing the cost. No where on the website does it show cost and not on the confirmation either. I thought it was a couple dollars because that's what it cost me last time. They charged $59.95 on my debit for my change and $9.95 on my credit card for my boyfriend's change. The phone number on my credit card transaction is disconnected (833.233.6285). I filled out a form on their website to be contacted but there is no other way to get in touch with them. My bank can't do a stop pay on a debit card transaction. I want my money back and this is a scam.

This company poses as the USPS and then charges 79.95 to change your address and then doesn't actually change your address. I asked them for a refund I tried to change my address on 2/18 and found this website thinking it was the USPS. They charged me 79.95 to change my address when the USPS only charges $1. I tried to get a refund from the business but they have not replied to my contacts. Moreover, they do not even change my address.

On 2/24 wanted to change address with USPS. Was directed to *** Was charged $79.95 when it should have been $1.05. Business is not USPS. No way to contact business. Now complete stranger has my new and old address which is not safe! Also charge is unacceptable. If possible in addition to refund would like my personal information removed from this company.

I was directed to this website to do a change of address and was charged $79.95, without authorization. I was directed to this website to do a change of address and was charged $79.95. I am on disability and this really put me in a horrible bind. They didn't not have authorization to take any money above $1.05. There is no valid phone number. I will be disputing with my credit card company.

www.fastaddresschange.com I was trying to go to the USPS site to change my address and reach this site instead they charged my card $59.95 without telling me I wanted to

I was trying to go to the USPS site to change my address and reach this site instead they charged my card $59.95 without telling me I wanted to go to the USPS site to get my address changed. I googled "US postal address change" and this site popped up I thought it was the USPS site because it looked very similar. I put in my info and then it needed a card. I knew the USPS charged you $1 so I figured it was legit. I put in my card information and clicked continue. It then said submitted. It never told me an amount or gave me a receipt. I looked on my bank account and it charged me 59.95! I immediately canceled my card and disputed the transaction but they do not even have a number to call to dispute this awful mess with them! This is fraud and this site needs shut down!

False Advertising and Billing to Change Mailing Address On 2/3, at 6:51 EST, I was charged $79.95 to change my mailing address. Unbeknownst to me, I thought I was on the *** website. Turns out I'm on a site that forwards your mail, but does not advertise they are a THIRD PARTY, and they charged $79.95 for the service. When I navigate the site to contact customer service, there is no phone number, email or mailing address. There is a form to complete which I have, and no response to my request to cancel the service and issue me a refund. They are fraudlent and misleading to the say the least, and the *** whereever they are located needs to put them out of business. The address in *** is fake. The phone number listed is a non-working number. Contact your bank immediate to dispute the charge for a full refund. Outrageous!

I initiated an online change of address request through this company's website under the false impression that they represent the United States Postal Service. The website is extremely misleading as it has USPS in the title of the website. I entered my credit card information under the impression that I would be charged $1.05 by USPS for the mail forwarding service. Instead, I have been charged $79.95 and did not receive any email correspondence confirming that my mail would be forwarded. I do not want their service, and I want a full refund. There is no contact number for this company on the website; rather, there is only a contact form, which I filled out immediately demanding a refund and still have not heard back.

On February 11, I was charged $79.95 for an address change through what I thought was the post office. I've since discovered that I was on a scam site since address changes through the post office only cost $1.05. I had no idea what the charge would be ahead of time and was shocked to see that I'd been charged so much for an address change. I would like my money back, as this was a fraudulent charge.

The business masks itself as a change of address site and charged $79.95 for that service with no guarantee or warning of the price. I want a refund. Took place 1.28.2021, payment method was by debit card online. I cannot find a phone number by which to contact them to demand a refund despite the fact the page when I returned to it said that a refund was available upon request of dissatisfaction. Attached is the charge from my statement.

In my opinion, this is a fraudlent internet company and a phishing scam. 1/28 I wanted to forward my father's mail to my address. I searched for *** and found *** form. Completed my info. They ask for payment info. I have auto fill on my google security. I thought that was just a requirement, maybe be $5 or so. When I checked my bank it turns out it is $79.00. If I go to their web site it looks just like the *** site. I tried to contact them. The compliant form does not submit just erases my data. This is their website: ***?*** If you go out to ***.com you can see it looks identical.

I asked for a refund back in December, they processed my request but never gave me my money back and now they're hanging up on me when I call. I called them back in December to change my address they processed it and told me to wait 7 business days to receive my money back. They never gave me back my money and when I called back they're employees put me on hold then hung up. I've sent several voicemails and emails and not one has been responded to. They're waiting for the 60 days to be up so they don't have to give me my money and they took 60 dollars from me but never changed my address. I ended up going to the post office to change it and I have a letter proving they are the ones who changed it and not this company.

www.fastaddresschange.com Unitedforwardmail.com charged my credit card $59.95 without my approval or permission

Unitedforwardmail.com charged my credit card $59.95 without my approval or permission. On 07/18 I forwarded my mailing address on unitedforwardmail.com. I was unaware that this website was a scam as it was the first website that came up when I googled Forward Address. www.fastaddresschange.com Scam company that charges $45.00 to change your address

Scam company that charges $45.00 to change your address. I went onto Google to change my address. I have changed my address online many times in the past and it has always cost me around $2.00. This was the first link I clicked on and I wrongly assumed it was connected to the USPS. It only took me one minute to fill out my change of address information. I submitted it and then received an alert from my bank saying I had been charged $45.00. Completely ridiculous! I don't care what other service they claim to offer, which is apparently a Ebook about moving. Changing your address should not cost anywhere near the amount they charge. I've read other complaints and it sounds like this company is a complete scam. So frustrating. I am a single mother who just moved into a new rental house. I cannot afford to waste $45.00, especially when I havent been working for a month due to COVID. I want a refund!

www.fastaddresschange.com Trying to change my address and was asked for card info just to verify identity - then was charged $59.95

Trying to change my address and was asked for card info just to verify identity - then was charged $59.95. On 7/13 I tried to change my address and didn't realize I was not on the official usps website. I was asked for my card information but no charge amount was shown, it just said they needed it to verify my information. I thought it was a little weird but I've never done the change of address form so I wasn't sure. When I was done I got the feeling it wasn't right so I called my bank and put a hold on the card. It was then I realized the site had charged me $59.95. I'm not able to find contact information for the company and don't have a confirmation email, Just a charge in my debit card history. I would really like to receive a full refund. I don't have extra money right now and think this isn't right, especially because they lied by omitting the charge details when completing the transaction.

www.fastaddresschange.com When searching **** address change, a website comes up for a business called United Forward Mail advertising their **** address change

When searching *** address change, a website comes up for a business called United Forward Mail advertising their *** address change. The process is almost identical to the one on the government agency website so one doesn't question the credibility of the business when completely the online process. The problem is the business asks for payment information before ever notifying you of the price to be charged which is usually $1.05 with *** but ended up being $44.50 with United Forward Mail. This last issue is what makes one question the validity of the business and the service it claims to provide, and whether its owners are not using the personal info provided for identity theft and fraudulent activity. If they claim to be a real business, I would like a full refund immediately. There is no contact information provided on their website, so I was unable to contact them to make this request. www.fastaddresschange.com This website is a scam

This website is a scam. It is attempting to trick people into thinking they are changing their address through USPS. I was expecting a $1 charge to my account because I know that is what USPS charges. Instead I found a $59.95 charge simply for updating my address. That was when I realized I had not done it through USPS. I would take the fault for this, except for they did not even inform me of the amount that would be charged to my credit card before I paid. If I had been paying more attention I would have realized that this was not USPS, but since this is something I had done before I just assumed the charge would be the same and that I was on the right website. Their website is clearly designed to make you think that and the checkout process is quick and easy anyway I never notified of what you will be paying. This should be illegal. I will be pursuing a full refund I hope ComplaintsBoard.com will look into the legality of websites like this. Product_Or_Service: Change of address Order_Number: Na Account_Number: Na

www.fastaddresschange.com I was misled by the website into believing that they were the ****

I was misled by the website into believing that they were the ***. It wasn't until I was charged $59.95 that I realized they weren't. I have moved several times, and know that *** charges a small fee. When I typed "address change postal" into ***, the first website that comes up is this one. I assumed it was the legitimate Postal Service site. It was not until today, when I saw a $59.95 charge pending on my checking account, and called to dispute it, that I realized it was not. The telephone number listed is answered with no company name, and one is put on hold and no one answers. My bank can't do anything about it, because there is nothing in writing from the confirmations from the company about what they are going to charge. I received confirmation number *** from them. I may be a senior citizen, but am pretty computer savvy about making sure I am dealing only with legitimate sites. I feel really stupid about getting taken by this scam, and will be letting others know about this, whether you can help me or not.

www.fastaddresschange.com Falsely advertises a product almost identical to **** change of address

Falsely advertises a product almost identical to *** change of address. No mention of a fee- but charged $59 and entered my address wrong. I was searching for the *** official change of address website to update my new address on file. I accidentally clicked on the website on my google search entitled "*** Address Change Office for Post Mail Forward", which brought me to a web form page to enter my old and new address and enter my credit card information. I assumed I would be charged the $1 that *** charges. No where- including the fine print- was any fee stated. I later received a $59 charge to my card. And they even updated my address to the wrong address- NOT the one I entered. They claim to have a no questions asked refund policy but there is no customer service number available that is active and working. They claim I have an "account"- but nowhere can I log in to cancel this service or order. Now this disreputable company has my card and personal information. I would like a full refund - and deletion of my personal information from their website.

www.fastaddresschange.com Advertising on the site is misleading

Advertising on the site is misleading. The cost of the service ($59.95) was never shown on any order confirmation page prior to purchasing. I recently moved out of my apartment and needed to set up mail forwarding to my new address. I've done this many times in the past and am used to paying only a $1 through *** for these services. I was probably so caught up in all the moving and unpacking that when I searched for "address change mail forwarding" on *** and clicked on the first link, I did not realize that I was not on the official *** site. However, the site that I did end up on was deceivingly similar to that of the official ***, in that they use a similar color scheme and advertise *** in the header banner of the site.. I am upset that I was charged $59.95 for services that I thought would only be $1. That price of almost $60 was not clearly shown or advertised when ordering the service; it can only be found in tiny light gray font at the bottom of the page, which I only saw after I had already put in my order... I actually tried ordering it twice because the first time when I used my credit card, it did not go through, and I received an email from my credit card company regarding suspicious activity. However, I saw this email too late, after I tried to order the service again with my debit card which unfortunately went through before I could read that email and realize what I was getting myself into. If I this company had more clearly advertised who they were (*not affiliated with ***) and how much they were charging for their services rather than just light gray text at the bottom of their page, I would definitely not have ordered anything from them. Also, it's also upsetting that there is no way to contact this company other than a comment box where you leave your name, email, and comment and just hope that they ever get back to you (side note: left my info in this comment box on their site, but still have not heard back from any company representative). There is no phone number or email to contact on their site... talk about sketchy and deceiving.
