This service is a complete scam. When you want to cancel they will not call you back. I had to reach out to my energy provider to contact them. With no call back. Not sure of my next steps. HORRIBLE

I've requested this company quit calling my business three times now and they still continue to call. I feel their tactics are very misleading as they want you to believe you've already been doing business with them.

During covid this company supplies gas for *** I have had them for years. Until now they charged a commodity charge that was almost .30 now for this month .88! Cannot get them on the phone to cancel service and this is out and out stealing from customers during a pandemic! I am in

We were promised to save 10% on or energy bills, and the numbers looked like it was true. That was one month ago, now the rates shot up 400% in one month and they are blaming it on the Winter Vortex. We are canceling our agreement as soon as possible, this is very risky. Our company just lost $800 in month because of this.

I call them 5 times to end my service with them you never get to talk with someone who can help. The call center always answers and all they can do is answer any questions you may have and write an email to have someone call you in one business day. No matter what number you call you will always get the call center. Don't try this company I truly think it's a scam they say you will save money but it's not true my last bill was $95 and out of the $95 they got $51 lol. Don't do it stick with comed. I know I wish I did.

Realgy is engaged in a very deceptive robocalling campaign. I've received numerous recorded message calls stating that I have been overbilled and I have a rebate coming -- just "press 1". Then I get some person who barely speaks English to try to get me to sign up for Realgy's gas or electric services. So, where is the promised rebate? I've asked them to stop, but the robocalls still continue. I notice in other comments how Realgy tries to duck these issues with others. Irresponsible! Disgusting business practices by this company. Realgy needs to be investigated by the FCC and FTC and prosecuted. These types of low life scammers deserve the be in prison... or worse!

I have been leaving messages with Reagly's answering service for a month now with no response, I was told they would call me w/i 1-2 business days. I also sent 2 live chat messages with no response. I finally receive an automated call back today that said that they received my msg and if I still have an issue I should call them back! Ridiculous! I called back repeatedly and was immediately disconnected every time...no more answering service! My bill is 3 times higher than it has EVER been in all of our years of business! After reading reviews I see that Realgy is blaming the "Polar Vortex" for increases this last month, however, gas supply directly from Nicor is STILL at the same rate it always is so where is Nicor's "Polar Vortex" increase? Realgy is a SCAM! I contacted Nicor to cancel service and Nicor told me that they are receiving so many complaints about Realgy that they have a special ticket for their complaints now. Bye Bye Realgy!

This company has been calling me unsolicited from multiple phone numbers almost daily for close to a year on a number on the DNC list (did file a complaint). Asked them to remove my number from their list numerous times and they still call. Finally got one of their call center people to tell me the name of the company they work for (they are not at all forthcoming with this information, I usually get hung up on) so I tried contacting them directly. Hopefully they remove my number but want to note here that if they call you, they will NOT take your number off their list if you ask them to. Their message when they call is very misleading and indicate that there is an issue with your bill and they want to give you a credit. Borderline scammers who have no regard for the Do Not Call list. I can't comment on their business practices, but a company that calls a number on the DNC list almost daily from different numbers each time and will not take your number off their list and with a very misleading initial message raises a huge red flag as someone you probably don't want to do business with.

I have asked them to put me on their do not call list. They continue to call me from different numbers.

Was signed up for a *** program. But never signed up for it. Don't want it and after reading reviews it's not worth it

The nature of the dispute is my very high bill for one month of service.: $999.07. this is a four bedroom house for 2 senior citizens.

Light bill tripled from129.49 to 344.00 was told it was an extra charge that wall street had added to there company.This company is supply's energy for *** electric.It was told by Realgy energy that all electric companies are charging this special fee.Ameran electric said they have never heard of anything like this.I don't have the money to pay this..I'm looking for help to see if this charge is legal. Thank you

I HAVE TRIED TO SPEAK TO THIS COMPANY MULTIPLE TIMES NO ONE WILL CALL ME BACK AND THEY ARE TRYING TO SELL US A SERVICE WHICH I HAVE DECLINED HUNDREDS OF TIMES IN THE 2 MONTHS AND THEY CALL MY HOME 10-12 TIMES A DAY *** THE PRESSURE OF STRESS AND WHEN THEY ARE CALLING EVERY MINUTE FOR 20 MINUTES UNTIL SOMEONE PICKS UP THE PHONE AND THAN TALKS *** HAS TO SIGN UP. THIS COMPANY IS A *** I HAVE MADE MULTIPLE ATTEMPTS TO BE PUT ON THE DO NOT CALL LIST THEY WILL NOT AND CONTINUE TO CALL MY HOME. I HAVE LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES *** NO ONE WILL LISTEN. I AM AT THE POINT NOW WHERE I HAVE ALL MY PHONE CALLS RECORDED AND A LOG *** .
