www.cleverbridge.net have performed an unauthorized billing on one of our accounts. We have contacted them and filed a complaint and ordered them to stop if it is a reccuring payment.
If we don, t get any response from them we have to cancel the credit card to prevent future billings.

Please put this money back into my account right now I never asked for this my name is Jack Mercer. if this is not resolved I will be forced to take your company to the Attorney General of the state of Mississippi.. I did not authorize this purchase and do not want this purchase. Please refund my money. I will contact PayPal and lodge a complaint with them if I need to do that. I am coming to you first, in an attempt to resolve this matter.

I had a program last year and it was renewed from 34.00 to 49.99 this year I did not renew this and would like my money put back on my credit card I have no use for this program I am 80 years old and did not arthorize this transaction I would like a refund

On Feb 17, 2017, I cancelled a subscription to MacKeeper for which a credit of 511.54 was issued however on the same date another charge was mad to my credit card from Mackeeper for 127.97. What is this charge for? I did not order any additional service.

Hello, I was unfortunately charged $59.99 for something that I did not purchase nor did I authorize. I'm not sure what's going on but I have not made any purchases of any sort for 59.99. I am not familiar with this company or any products distributed by it. At least, as I am unsure.

Have a credit charge on my Sam's Master Card for Malware subscription for $24.95. I assume it is a monthly charge for the use of Malware.

This company sold me malware

The malware is called "mac keeper"

Also had trouble with my fab filter twin 2 plug in subscription
It's saying I never paid when I did.

Would like to know why I'm being charged $7.44 on my gigabits when my phone says I only used 7.78 did not reach full 8 gigs on my phone and I have 8 gigs to use and at 7.78 my data was shut off then I look at my bank account and I'm charged that when I wasn't over because it was shut off I still get charged for it .

I recieved a $59.88 charge on my paypal account from my email on 11-24-17. I did not recognize or what is the purchase is for.. there is no information or what it's use for. It just say I send $59.88 through PayPal to a company (clevebridge, inc) never heard before.. I want this charge credit back to my account or I report your company to BBB.

I tried to cancel subscription on site. Now i get my credit card statement and find it has been added not once but twice. Please recognize I do not want your product. Cancel charges.

I was just charged $84+ for Avast. If this was an automatic renewal, I DO NOT want it. Please cancel and put the money back in my PayPal account. I'm very disappointed with Cleverbridge for this automatic renewal...I would like to be notified of renewals.

MacKeeper, and found it unnecessary. I have several times reversed the order, without
any success. I demand you to reverse the charge immediately. The count number
is AKD-[protected].

I noticed I had unauthorized money taken from my account in the amount of $29.95 twice within a two day period. Extremely unhappy and am going to find out who and why.
