I have found a transaction on my credit card statement of £31.61 (for which I have been debited) and I have no idea what it is for. The transaction is dated 21st October 2014. All Paretologic programmes were deleted a while back when the computer had to be repaired on 30th October 2014. Perhaps you could shed some light on this transaction. I no longer have any Paretologic programmes installed.

Buen día, hago de su conocimiento de que me aparece un cargo a mi tarjeta de crédito Scotia Bank por la cantidad de $1, 596.64 pesos, que no reconozco porque ya cancele el servicio. Por favor, si no esta cancelado favor de cancelarlo.
por otro lado, como puedo hacer para no pagarlo, ya que aparece en mi tarjeta. Gracias.
