I bought replica watch from the company www.bestreplica.sr. After 5 days I haven’t received any news from the seller. I decided to cancel my order. I went to the website and tried to cancel the order, but I couldn’t do it through the website. Also the seller didn’t reply to my emails. They are liars and scammers, and I want to find other deceived customers, who lost money. Please we need to stop this company and return our money. Post your comments.

I told you, pay first and you said NO

I repeat, my bank said you could refund the funds without any need or request my bank. My bank can not do anything in this regard.

You must give your bank a written order.

Your bank return the money back to my card.

Why is it so hard for you to don't as I say? Contact you credit card company and request a chargeback we have pre authorised this our merchants. This is how it works with our 3rd party merchants.

It is for us all very curious that after they argued that I was one of their unfair competitors and say "People of this type is a total nut job ... there is always one" they have finally recognized that I bought a watch that paid for watch him and they did not send nor refunded my money.

Although I must admit that finally forced to recognize and publish a truth to "average" the first and fundamental question of this thread is shipping the watch or my money back

In the "detailed" long account of them and they do not state the facts as indeed occurred, omit important facts and draw a little distorted reality.

But it is a breakthrough in that they finally acknowledged the existence of the sale transaction.

But in this post I will just say that if they go on vacation the least they can do is inform customers whose purchase is in the process telling them: "" we will vacation and holidays from day x Until x time x ""

In the worst case they must put an autoresponder on your email and thus avoid arousing suspicion, doubt, conjecture and suspicion on the buyer. I made many phone calls and there was no vacation message.

Indeed, and as I said in my post I sent many emails to them the first cordial and address the lack of response from them mails subsequent emails were somewhat stronger wondering about the status of delivery and they did not respond. Unfortunately I feel is necessary to publish the true nature of our dealing with Jose.

This is the history...

1. Jose ordered with us on the 21 December.
2. Jose's card was declined as he had supplied an incorrect billing address.
3. Jose correct details finaly were given to us and our merchants approved his credit card payment on the 23rd December.
4. On the 24th December his watch was then assembled and checked over to be made ready for shipping.
5. On the 26th December he emailed us a weird and extremey abusive email saying he hadn't been contacted ( on Christmas Day, which we were close for ) in this email he also instructed us to cancel his order and refund his money, this email also ended with a barrage of more abuse and threats from him.
6. We responded to him via email on the 27th and confirmed we had canceled his order as to his request and that we required him to fill in a form for his money to be charged back to his credit card by our merchants.
7. Since then we have received more insulting emails from him and on the 28th December he started posting all the above and a lot of BS about us all over the Internet.

TO CONCLUDE:
We of course have no issues refunding his or anyone's money, as he has been told categorically since we were notified of his wish to cancel. This in fact is also guaranteed by our merchant providers and Visa card themselves. As with any company that opperates with credit cards, the buyer is always 100% protected by their credit card company to get their money back on cancelling or returning goods.

Therefore it is simply impossible to be scammed by us, so I have no idea what this guy's problem is apart from being a very highly strung individual.

We have all correspondence at hand so If anyone wishes to see further email proof of the above matter please contact me so you can really see for yourself that his guy needs psychiatric help!
