PrimeStyle Diamond halo engagement ring

Ring was purchased by my boyfriend online in april 2020. It had been seemingly dull after wearing so I brought it to a local jeweler to have cleaned. He at first, looked at it and told me he wanted to test it. He then used a diamond tester and guess what... The smaller diamonds on the sides of the band were real but the center stone (was supposed to be a.55 ct natural diamond) was actually moissanite. I am more than upset about finding this out that way! I pulled out my paperwork for the ring and noticed that when they refer to the smaller diamonds on the side in the description, they refer to them as diamonds, when they refer to the center diamond, they simply refer to it as a stone. This is the ultimate in low down dirty jewelry sales.

PrimeStyle diamond engagement ring

I ordered my fiancées rings and they turned out beautiful. More than I could ever expect. I was also approved for the financing which made it easier for me to obtain the rings. I had ordered one diamond engagement ring and decided to go with a larger center diamond. I talked with PrimeStyle and without any problems able to obtain the engagement ring that I wanted. I would recommend PrimeStyle to anyone looking to getting any type of ring.

After searching online for loose diamonds and mountings we found this site of prime style.

In Dec 2005 we Found a bridal set that we like ordered it had no problems. In fact after the wedding we ordered a second band making it a three ring set totaling almost 5 carats of diamonds with the center stone almost 2 carat princess cut . We communicated over the phone until the ring was sent to us. Prime Style treated us very well and had a sky no problems with them. I love my ring. But again this was back in 2005

PrimeStyle big expenses because of a damaged ring - no certification of the sapphire - no fair 30 days return policy

The engagement ring that I ordered from Prime Style arrived with two clear and large scratches. I took it to a local jeweler to ask for an opinion, they said that it need to be lasered off. I therefore had to send the ring back to Prime Style in America. I had to fill out all the customs forms, which took ages. Despite the online communication, it still took a few days and quite a few overseas phone calls to be able to send it back, which they have not reimbursed me for. As you can imagine, this amounted to a lot of money.

When the ring eventually arrived back scratch-free, I only had a window of less than a week to propose to my girlfriend before the one month return policy expired. Prime Style held on to this time frame even though it was their fault that my time was so restricted. I was therefore unable to complete my original proposal plan and had to propose in a rush so that my girlfriend could see the ring before the return policy kicked in.

When my now-fiancee was able to see the ring, she did not have enough time to think about whether she would like to keep the ring before the return policy ran out. I don't think this was fair as it was Prime Style's fault that our time was so restricted. She had doubts about whether she liked the sapphire centre stone as it was very dark, looking black in many lights. We are also doubtful about the quality of the sapphire. Despite their promise, it did not come with any details about it's quality on the certificate of authentication.

Overall, as you can see, this was a difficult, drawn out and expensive experience. We are now unable to return the ring, despite my girlfriend's preference for a lighter stone, and I have incurred many extra expenses in the process.

PrimeStyle Horrible customer service

I decided to surprise my wife and purchased a gold ring from PrimeStyle. They promised to ship and deliver it as soon as possible. But like you already guessed the ring didn't arrive.
I then opened a dispute trying to get a refund, because their representatives refused to do it. They said that there was no reason to panic, one day the ring will arrive. You know what? I am not satisfied with replies like that. It's been almost three months and I 'm not going to sit and wait for nothing.

PrimeStyle Products not what is promised on site or by advisors.

I bought a 3 stone diamond ring from primestyle.com for my fiancé a few weeks back, I had asked the "Jewelry experts" if what was advertised online is accurate, if the picture was true to life, I was told "If you order in G colour it will be a completely clear diamond, promised numerous times it would be as shown on website. When the ring arrived, I was immediately disappointed, it was very yellow, not yellow enough to be worth anything, just a bad urine colour to the diamonds. These were the worst diamonds I've ever seen, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. So, I obviously wanted to return it, and they don't make that easy either, Fedex are the ONLY courier who would take the item for me and it cost €80 ~$100 to send it back, and on top of that, you know where it says "FREE SHIPPING" on their website? Well, if you go to their Shipping page, you will see that they price their shipping at $30, but they subtracted $60 from the price I paid for the ring "For Shipping". They are liers and no matter what they tell you before you purchase, the second you have a problem with the item they get nasty, they even turned off their "Live Chat" so I can't contact them anymore because they know how wrong they are. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, if you're trying to save money PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM PRIMESTYLE, I've ended up paying a local jewelers double what I was paying primestyle just to get what I want after all of the hassle primestyle cost me. Do not do it to yourself, they are horrible people, liers and thieves.

PrimeStyle Not interested

I wanted to buy a Christmas present for my wife from this website www.primestyle.com and made an order. I thought this was a great deal, they had really impressive Christmas discounts.
Unfortunately something went wrong and several days later I received a notification that my order got cancelled and also my money back. I tried again and received an error. I was hoping their customer service would help me, but they said that there was nothing they could do. It seemed like they were not even interested in selling something to be.

PrimeStyle Not sure if this comes under scams & fake checks Took just under £300 deposit from me before explaining they needed me to provide passport details

After much deliberation and correspondence to and from prime style I finally placed an order for a ring for my sons Xmas over a week ago and was told to expect it by this Thursday. I did everything they said I contacted my bank to verify I wanted the money transferred over. Plus I gave them my credit card details so they could put a hold on the outstanding balance should I fail to keep up with the arranged instalment plan. Everything seemed fine until yesterday when I recieved an email asking for photographic copies of the back and front of my credit card together with my passport. Before I sent the copies of my credit card as asked. I got in touch with them and told them to cancel my order as I don't have a passport. Then as I was chatting with Jenny in their chat room she told me it didn't have to be a passport just something that verified my address. So I asked if they would except a very recent letter from HM REVENUE AND CUSTOMS. Which they said they would I asked if I could still expect my ring by this Thursday and Jenny said she'd get back to me after they recieved my emails. When I returned home tonight to find no correspondence I contacted them immediately. Now they wanted a copy of my credit card statement because as she said they didn't believe I had no passport. I have bought many items off the internet now and have never been asked for any proof of id. I'm totally disgusted with this whole ordeal how they lead me to believe that the process would be painless and straight forward. Failing to point out that they'd first need copies of various things before my order could be processed. I feel very uncomfortable and stupid now that I was taken in enough to send them all my photographic information and as much as they claim to be legit how do I know they won't use my data. This whole experience had made me feel uneasy about future buying from the Internet even though I've bought quite a lot of stuff in the past few months now. It's such a pity that this company wasn't simply up front and forthcoming before accepting my money. I asked why they didn't tell me this before hand and why it isn't anywhere in their reviews. I was told it would be passed on. However for me it's too late now the huge dissapointment and damage has been done. I'm now left me with very little time to get my sons present especially if they delay returning all of my deposits as I have no spare money until this comes back. What I'd like is my money back in my account today and for this company to ensure they never waste another customers time. They need to make full disclosure upfront not every one has a passport because we can't all afford to go abroad therefore we see no need to waste more money on a passport.

PrimeStyle Diamond Bridal Set

I purchased a diamond bridal set from this company on 11/13/2015 When I received my order the "diamond grading report" that I received from the company indicated that the diamonds were J in color (near colorless) and VS2 (very slightly included) in clarity. They also appraised the replacement value at $25, 294.00. The diamonds in both rings were visibly yellow in color so I immediately took them to a local jewelry appraiser for evaluation. Under closer examination the stones in the rings proved to be nowhere near what their paperwork had indicated and the appraisal value of the rings was slightly over $6, 000.00. I blame myself for this since I did in fact do my homework and had read other reviews that indicated very similar issues with other customers who purchased items from this company. I foolishly thought that their experiences were probably isolated. Much to my disappointment I found out that this is apparently their typical way of doing business. I have contacted them and they offered to "evaluate" the rings and "see if anything could be done" I declined and requested a refund. To add insult to injury, Prime Style has a policy that states return shipment is the responsibility of the customer. So, despite the fact that they falsely advertised and knowingly sold me an inferior product I am now responsible for paying for sending their misrepresentation back to them.

PrimeStyle The earnings weren't professionally or accurately made

I bought earrings from www.primestyle.com. I placed the order before my birthday and it July, 14th. I didn’t get any details of the purchase or delivery. Therefore, I started to send them emails every day. Finally they replied and the earrings arrived faster. I opened the box and they looked stunning. But when I took closer look, I noticed that some diamonds were placed agly and the whole job wasn’t professional and accurate. I didn’t place any claim for change of refund, but I wanted to warn other people.

PrimeStyle Scammers!

I sent a package through Prime Style. However, the their representative accepted someone else signature who does not live in the home. The person I sent the package to lives alone and stayed home from work all day long to be sure he received the package. It seems that Prime Style is giving me the run around because they want let me file a claim.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This issue you are describing is strictly a rare case. We require all shipments have a signature confirmation to be released for delivery. Please provide us with your Order ID so we can look into the matter ourselves and find out what happened. As well you can contact the 3rd party shipping carrier we use, either FedEx or USPS (depending on which shipping method was used to ship it to you) and investigate why they allowed it to be released to someone other than the name that was on the label. PrimeStyle Stay away from this one

Well, I was looking for a perfect engagement diamond ring for my girlfriend and thanks to Primestyle because it only helped me in attaining a masterpiece within my budget limits. The services of Primestyle are superb. I was actually looking out for an engagement ring that was quite different from an ordinary diamond ring.
I was not willing to spend large amount of money on luxurious diamond rings like an extravagant. At Primestyle, I noticed a beautiful, stunning diamond ring and I immediately ordered it for my girlfriend. I was surprised that the ring reached to my home just two days after I placed my order.
The best part of Primestyle is that the diamond engagement ring just resembles to what I have seen on PrimeStyle. Well, I noticed a three stone diamond ring at Primestyle and my girlfriend couldn’t be happier as soon as she opened the box. I purchased this diamond ring for her and my girlfriend was surprised after receiving such a beautiful gift.
I actually hide the box under the pillow and before my girlfriend could pull the box out and open it, I was already on my knees. It all went perfectly. I would suggest you to buy diamond rings from Primestyle because it offers unique and exceptional ring design to the people. You can also opt for other diamond ring designs that are available at Primestyle.

Well, all goes well and finally the consequences made me feel like heaven. Why we spend money? Just for some happy moments and that’s the same I received in return after purchasing the diamond ring for this online jewelry store.

PrimeStyle Bad service

We find this very interresting. Our items go through three layers of inspection, where the diamonds, the carat weight, and band are inspected vigorously for any problems. We do not send out items that we would not want to receive. Items have even been delayed because of not passing inspection and returned to the factory to have it redone. So before we burden the customer with a not up to par item, we will accept the cost and responsibility for making it correct.We are a factory, and like all companies, we close for holidays making the waiting time for a return number one week highly unlikely but possible if we were closed. Our goal is customer satisfaction through service, so we work very hard to service customers so that they come back to us. Our diamond cut is always very good, and the color and clarity is always as stated on the item page. For customers convenience, we also have things like customer education at the top of the page, so you can see exactly what your getting. We put all of this on the information there for customers and only hope that it is being utilized. After 8 of your friends purchased, its very piculiar how all 8 of them found problems after your one bad experience. Refunds normally take 7-10 business days and again this information if utilized, is on the site. Appraisals are shipped with the item, if for any reason the item is ready to ship before the appraisal is printed, the item will be shipped (instead of delaying the item) and the appraisal is mailed to the billing address. A letter will normally accompany the item explaining this. We regret that you wouldnt be buying from us in the future, but with this many far fetched issues it is quite alright.

I recently ordered a diamond wedding ring. I was impressed with the quality, weight of the gold, sparkle of the diamonds and comfort/fit. I was able to track my order on line. It was exactly as described and arrived in a nice box within one week of ordering. I have researched similar rings and the average price was well over $1, 000 in retail stores. I paid $530.00. I would recommend Primestyle to anyone seeking both quality and value.
