My husband played a game on GSN...Holiday Haven. He won around 8 million tokens but when he changed screens the amount was never added to his acct. He complained to support and got the round around. They told him next time get a screenshot. Once you change screens there is no screenshot to get. So now every time I win a decent I take a screenshot. Well last night on my acct. May 20, 2026 I was playing the same game. and won 23 million tokens. So I took a screenshot. Once I changed screens the amount was never added. I filed with support , sent the screenshot and explained what happened. I hear from them saying the screenshot was not enough. So again no help. The man who was handling both issues was Patrick. This is totally unfair and unsatisfactory. I have been playing since the beginning and have never had such issues. I expect compensation for the lost tokens. I can see your players have gone done especially after Scopely took over. Too bad, it used to be a great game. You have made way to hard to win and treat your players with no respect. I will go farther with this complaint if necessary.
