WoodSprings Suites review: mail was not returned to sender as requested upon departure

I was asked to leave the hotel under false accusations. I reviewed this establishment on TripAdvisor and was asked to leave at 11 pm. I did leave and asked the Manager, not the regular manager, to please send my packages from amazon back to amazon. Some of the items were for my work and were expensed. I have verification from Amazon that my packages were delivered on July 19th. Below is the verification of delivery. Please help
