Woodspring Suites

I stayed at Woodspring Suites from October 18 to February 6, 2022. I had some trouble paying on time due to my job, but I always communicated with the front desk and management. The old manager, whose name I won't say, was understanding and patient. But things changed when the new acting GM, *** came in. On February 2, he came to my door and said that my payment arrangement wasn't acceptable. He called the police, but they couldn't evict me. He threatened to call the fire marshal and disconnect my wifi. I paid most of what I owed on February 2 and paid up until February 7 on February 3. But I didn't stay on February 4 and 5 because I didn't want to deal with his hostile attitude. I removed my things on February 6 and left. I didn't want to extend my stay because I don't tolerate bullies. I'm having trouble contacting corporate to report this issue. Despite the hotel's reputation, ***'s attitude is unacceptable.
