Store pretty - bought many stove here but no more - Went to buy new one for rental, need heat 1000 sq ft but house only 800 sq ft. I'm widow, family property 90+ years, trying keep it. Mom 98 in Long Term Care, cottage rented for income. Covid times, stove take long time. Ordered stove, paid in full with check, but day before installation told check not there, had to drive back with another check. Worst part stove not heat tiny house. Jim say bought too small stove, no one check size or tell not heat 1000 sq ft. No help, tough luck for me. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. They no stand behind what they do. Sad. Met others same problem.

I bought a pellet stove from Woodman's Forge and Fireplace in Oct. 2020. The employees were friendly when we made the $6k deal. We declined their offer to install it at the time, but later realized we needed their help. We had trouble getting a response from them and had to send photos twice before we got a real response. We finally got an appointment for installation on 3/30, but the technicians left before finishing the job because they couldn't find an air intake part that they said we lost. They charged us $158 to schedule another appointment to finish the job and charged us an extra $95 for the second appointment. They were rude and unprofessional throughout the process. The owner even threatened to withhold service if we didn't pay the extra $95. We regret choosing Woodman's Forge and Fireplace and would not recommend them to anyone.

I bought a Ashburn Hybrid 45 Pellet stove 'bout 10 yrs ago. I rebuilt it twice since I owned it from parts I bought from Woodman's. 5 yrs ago I replaced the connection blower fan - $210.00 dollars and it lasted 5 yrs till Feb 21/22. So went to Woodman's and got another one and of course the price was more for the same part no :44040 Connection Blower - $325.00 dollars this was on the 26 of Feb. I installed it on the 27th of Feb and on March 22/22 It started making a noise like a bearing was going bad, so I called them and they refused to stand behind the part. It is still making noise.
