I went to the location located in Walmart 3081 Eastern Blvd. I stated to the clerk E Reef Boyd I would like to pay off my account and take charge program account. Instead of listening to me she was on the phone and put all the money towards the take charge account. I spoke to a customer service representative over the phone and he stated I would have to go back to the branch to resolve this issue. All she was required to do was listen instead of inconveniencing me.
