Ive never had this happen before im worried someone hacked my account.. My email is [protected]@yahoo.com... So please let me no how to resolve the matter...

There was an order placed on 7/22/2019 in the amount of $49.82. It was placed with my credit card ending in 7247 . I did not do this and I would like to know who did and I want this charge put back into my acct. Please let me know what is going on. I have contacted my bank concerning this matter and my card has been already cancelled. The bank advised me to contact you to see if Ican get this resolved by contacting WISH.
Please let me know something about this transaction assoonas possible. Thank You

My friend with my permission used my debit card to make a puchase on 7/20/19. saying they couldn't process the money off my account. $206 was withdrawn on 7/21/19. So I have no clue what you are talking about. Please send my friend his items or refund my money IMMEDIATELY!
I called 1 800 266 0172 for WISH but of course you cannot speak to anyone, it tells you to contact their website.

I ordered this item and paid 12 bucks for shipping a week ago on Wednesday. I got the item because it said it would ship Tuesday July 23rd. After I had ordered it it changed and said it would ship on the 30th. I've never had a problem with stuff on here before but this annoys me. I needed it by the 24th. I want my 12 dollars from shipping back. I want the item and I would like to keep ordering with your company but if this is going to continue to be a problem where I can't rely on the shipping date when I originally purchase an item I will need to go somewhere else. I'm not paying 12 dollars for shipping when the original date was bumped back a week when I paid for 6 day shipping. I should have been reimbursed at least half the money back when it was delayed. Like I said I'm disappointed because I needed it tomorrow the 24th and would have never ordered this item if I knew it was going to take longer.

I have not received any of the items that i ordered in June. I have gotten emails that they have been delivered, and they werent. I would like the items i ordered or a refund. I know there was like 4 tshirts, cell phone covers, diamond dot products.I'm not sure who delivers them items but i have had nothing and have been frustating with getting the run around.

i have tried several times to order from wish with no luck it keeps stating that i need to contact wish through payment issues it asked me for my drivers license and a picture of my bank card and when i contacted the number that was on their it was someones personal number i am not comfortable with this i order items off line all the time with no issues at all why does it happen and want let me place the order

I ordered my phone case on 24 June and it told me that it was going to come on 9 July. it is now the 23rd and it is still not here and also they have not given me any updates since July 5 which I think is disgraceful and they need to tell me where my item is! I do not want a refund I just want some information on where my item is! this is not a hard request! you're a big company but you can't tell me where it is. Terrible

This is my first time checking out or propally odering from wish. And they are asking me to subbmit a bank statment and an id but am just 14years old so i took a picture of my school id instead but still no ordets are bring taken. Its been two days and i have got no response. I have sent screen shots of what i was trying to order and the problems. I dont really know if someone messed with my account but i am really gettingannoyed and i nred these items eurgently. So far not a good experience with this site

I had put a $286 order in and they put it under review put a hold on it so they released it so they credited me they didn't. Told me to re-order so I did and I actually purchase more stuff for 400 and something dollars still a pending on my card but not communicating back whether this process is going through or not. I really like the items on their website and would like to purchase it but if there's a problem I'm gonna have to go through my fraud credit card department. I guess this is what you get for ordering over a computer in China.

Hello, I'm Ms. Jennifer Green. I'm posting a complaint in regards to the (Movie Projector) I sent back to the Wish Company over 3months . To the Wish Postmark that was sent to my email . I called the post office and they stated it was mailed and delivered to the P.O. Box you requested me to send the Projector too. I have yet to recieve my money back to my account. I'm a valuable customer who has purchased many items from your sight. So that's why I'm hurt and wondering why I've not gotten a response back from anyone in customer service. i bought this item for my sons birthday and i was supposed to receive it on [protected] it cam on 7-18-2019 i opened it and plugged it in to charge hours later still no charge like 6 hours later it had 2% charge but would not stay on so i look at it more closely and their is white stuff around the top area of the battery area . still nothing i requested to return label the same day as i revived the chromebook contacted customer support every day for a return label and still no one has contacted me or sent me a return label. i even left my cell phone number to contacted.

I purchased a quilt from this outfit and shortly after discovered they had debuted my account twice. I notified them immediately and before the order was processed. I asked to be refunded for the second one that I had not ordered. Have been chasing them for 4 days now and find they have processed and shipped the second one. This is theft! Disgusting do NOT buy from them.

I placed an order on wish.com on 8 July 2018. I haven't received half of the items (12 items) i ordered uptill to date (22 july 2019) I've tried contacting the customer support several times through the application which is totally automated and never replied with a solution I've received a reply that my items are still in transit and i should be patient till it arrives! Now it's over a year and i haven't received any of the missing items yet! I've sent them several emails explaining the case and stating my request that they should send me the items and follow up on their status or if they are lost they should send me other items with the same value or refund the money that i paid for those items i never received! I received dumb replies stating that refund isn't possible after 30 days of delivery! Duhhh i never received them! Please help me find a solution for my issue with this company that apparently intend to steal your money! I've attached screenshots of the email log. Kindly help

I ordered an "ops core" helmet but you sent me a completely fake knock off counterfeit. I attempted to contact customer support through the internal app function on the same exact day I received delivery so I am well within the 30 day policy, and all I received was an automated message that a representative would contact me within 2 business days. This was over two weeks ago. I have attempted to contact your lousy "customer support" a dozen times using the same customer support menu in the app and each time I get the same stupid automated message saying I will be contacted in 2 days. It's a complete scam. I have all the proof that the item is fake and counterfeit, proof that you have refused to respond to me, proof that I attempted to initiate a return /refund on the very first day after delivery, and proof that you are a FRAUDULENT "business". I have contacted my credit card company to inform them it was fraud, and I received the credit back from them but I just hope they retract payment to Wish so it comes out of their pocket. I am also contacting the better business bureau, my lawyer for a class action lawsuit, and INTERPOL or other law enforcement authorities to investigate their fraud.

On Monday 1 April 2019 I placed an order with Wish for several items (Order ID: 5ca197fe63a224234f8b68f0). On the 9th of June, I received an email from Wish stating that my items has been refunded in 'Wish Cash' as per my request. I made no such request. Also on the 9th of June I received an order confirmation for an item I did not purchase (Order ID: 5cfccb9c9dc31f4bc67b6f86). On the 10th of June I received a request to confirm a change of my email address, which I did not confirm. Also on the 10th of June I received an email Welcoming Anastasio to Wish. Ananstasio Homere from Thailand appears to be using my account. This is not me, nor did I create an account with this name. Nor do I know anyone with this name. I emailed wish immediately indicating that my account had been compromised and that I needed it to be closed, my details removed, and cash refunds to be provided for the items concerned. On Wednesday June 12th, Wish said they had refunded the money, however I never received it. On the 5th of July I received another email stating that I had been refunded. Again nothing was received. I have made further attempts to contact Wish, however I am no longer receiving responses.

It is my own fault that I bought from this company again. Previously I made a purchase with wish, and received only a few of the items I purchased. I never received the rest of the items, not did I receive a refund.

This company is robbing people of their money

On or about July 6, a transaction was stated to have been declined. Transaction number is 53F15586RY446273U. My account has been put on hold and the amount charged is being held as wish cash.

I am being asked to provide a bank statement showing the declined payment in order to remove the hold on the account and for me to access the wish cash. I have stated, and my bank has confirmed, that a declined transaction will not show up on a bank statement. Wish.com refuses to release the hold on my account and allow me to access my wish cash unless I provide a bank statement showing the declined transaction. This is impossible.

I have stated my case three or four times and have alway received the same request to provide a bank statement showing the declined transaction.

I ask that the hold on my account be removed and that I be refunded the amount being held as wish cash ($19.19).

A copy of the messages is provided below.

You have asked me to provide a bank statement showing the subject transaction was declined. In speaking to the issuing bank, they have confirmed that if a transaction is declined, it will not show up in the bank statement. You are asking me to provide something that does not exist.

Release the hold on my account. If you fail to do so, I will file a complaint to get my money that is in the account.

The transaction of 7-1-19 which this issue is related to was apparently not accepted by my credit card company. You are telling me to send you a bank statement showing the transaction. The statement will not show the transaction because it was declined (did not get to them). How can I provide a bank statement for a charge that did not occur?

If you cannot provide another method for me to verify, please open another account and transfer my wish cash to that account.

I placed a order on wish for a 64" TV for 1$ the order was placed and process on the 3de day I ask for my tracking number and hour later my order was canceled and I was refunded, its unacceptable, apparently the store ran out of stock, but I think they made a mistake with the price and withdrew my purchase intensely. Dear sir madam. I have had a good start to buying of wish. But things starting to detonate downwards. The company in question is best buys. Who put on loads of items on for sale. I paid for four off them. Them I found out it was fraudulent. I contacted wish support. To no avail. Yes got refund. But not good enough. For sales. I think best buys should have to answer for it. At least honour one of the items I got a message to said item was being processed which was lies. Please note I know you might not worry about this. But I was looking forward to buying things on wish. I am a Northern Ireland war vet Injured in conflict here. Severely disabled I don't sleep at night time I wanted laptop to learn things on to here me with my brain damage. I do support the vets in USA. I would like to speak to co.
