Wish.comitem not received

Hi,

I have ordered one headphone (5bb307b8c4f8a81c0d1f8b0d), on 2nd of Oct, firstly they told me that it will be delivered on 8th Nov, then it become 10 Nov and then 16th Nov. I still haven't received it and now its showing delivered.

Sent several mails to customer care but no response, no action has been taken. I have not got the product and not even refund.

Stop buying from wish.com, don't get robbed.

    i ordered a shirt 10/3. it showed arriving 11/8. i did not receive it. when am i going to get it. my tracking number is UQ06957969OCM.
