Wish.com Ice maker

I receive wish emails daily so after viewing a number of them
their polarized glasses caught my eye and ordered them after all they were very well priced
then an ice maker caught my attention $17. And change plus around 4 for home delivery or free to be picked up from one of their drop off stations the glasses arrived after 3 weeks and the "ice maker " 6 weeks
the extended wait for delivery is by Wish 's design as it is harder to claim after 30 days
here is what I received glasses a kids pr of broken glasses
the "ice maker" is a kid toy a small little plastic scoop
from a little girls dollhouse toys
I will be directing my complaint to the post office as I believe this is a criminal case of mail fraud

Desired outcome: REFUND PLUS A TOTAL CLEAN UP OF WISH AND THE FRAUDSTERS

Absolutely junk and a intensoalfraud spent over. $60 and got $20 worth of junk. Ordered a 199 box of tools for $18. Got a very poorly made 10 mm wrench. Not worth anything. Ordered 2 pack of led lights for $13 r got 1 tiny light. Contacted wish was told it's what I ordered. All. Products I ordered where way below usefulness

Wish.com payment issues

Due to not being able to change my payment details and keep getting same recurring message as everyone else I want my account cancelled with immediate effect but cannot find any way of doing this.
Products received have not been as described, arrived broken or not arrived at all. Postage costs often higher the cost of actual item.
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Desired outcome: my account closed, cancelled and not just deactivated

Wish.com Need copy of history of my items purchased from December 2019 thru January 2021. I purchased a shower unit the LED lighting us not working.

I purchased a shower unit the LED lighting on it is not working properly. I need to get hold of the company that I ordered it from. I tried looking for my purchase history but it is only showing me what i ordered recently. Thank you Eileen

Wish.com All season ultra soft quilted alternative fluffy comforter

I used to order from wish all the time but I stopped because the problems with billing/shipping/refunds just became too much...9 out of 10 orders has 1 of these issues. I had been looking for a nice duvet insert and I saw an ad somewhere for them on wish. I looked at them and saw some nice ones. I found one i really liked (and the funny this is that not that much less expensive than the ones I had been looking at at other stores) I saw that this one had express shipping and was shipping from the US so I decided to give them another chance. I ordered it and paid for the express shipping and was told on website and receipt that I would be receiving it by 6/7/21. I kept watching the tracking info and knew I wasn't getting this item on time. The 7th came and went so I contacted them and was told item was delayed because of covid and other factors. I couldn't believe they were still trying to use covid as an excuse. I told them I wanted my shipping fee refunded because I paid for it and didn't get in the time they advertised. Remember this is all done talking to a computer I think or the fastest typer in the world. They came up with some excuse that they are allowed extra time when the delay is out of control like covid. I got a message the next day from an actual person and was told that if I did not receive the item by the 9th, I would get a full refund. The 9th there was no package, and I went on the app to ask for my refund and was told I was trying to re-open a closed ticket. Whatever that means, then they bumped me off that issue and asked if I had any other issue and I said yes, went through the whole process of telling which order and what the problem was and was instantly giving a reply saying sorry they couldn't help me with my refund because the complaint was not filed by 7/10/21, a date that hasn't even come yet and bumped me of that subject. I had to go all the way back through and tell my problem over again and was told I would hear back in 2-3 days. I also have been checking tracking info and there has not been an update in 48 hrs. Ive done enough online shopping to know that the 3 major shipping companies are constantly updating the shipping information. I ordered a duvet cover from a different company 2 days after I ordered this item and I've already received it. What I want to happen is to be refunded the 68.00 I paid for an item that I have not received then I will never order from them again. I think they named the company Wish because you have to wish you get the right item on time or at all.

I bought an electric scooter for my son, as he was riding it, the wheel flew off, and he hurt himself.
I was told i would have a refund, but 10 days later, no refund or replies to my messages

Wish.com Wrong items sent and poor quality items.

I placed orders with WISH Co. The merchandise was poor quality and not as described. For instance a ring I ordered was described as 925 stamped silver an it was not! I ordered 1 hairpiece, I received 8 hairpieces and was charged for 10 hairpieces. my orders totaled $143.48. I want my money refunded-- all of it-- and I will return all of their products. They messed everything up and then charged me for it including postage to send it to me. Very dishonest company ans inefficient! I hope you can help me, or I will be contacting the Better Business bureau! thank you Debra Tiegs

Wish.com i have tried everything in everyway to get this payment issue takin care of & all ive gotten is nowhere but run around in

run-arounds from this 1 --2 that -- 1 ---then 2 another 1 & its getting aggrivating with this as i do buy quite a bit of stuff off you people! It keeps sayin changebac & i dont never get changebac so i dont understand the problem?i hope we can take care of this issue so that i can get me another order n...i really want tha hangin chair cos tha 1 i ordered did not come with a chair & that does me no good at all if i dont have tha chair! & i ve also have yet to get my black canopy cutains, 5 piece black barbell balls, earbugs! thank u 4 ur time, effort, & attention n this very important matter!

Wish.com 216/1pcs ratchet torque kit 1pcs wrench

WISH says that this product was delievered on May 12, 2021. However I was home all day and personally got the mail and this was not in or around my mail box. I also called my mail man and asked him if he had delievered this to me or anyone alse by mistake, he clearly said NO! If he had a package for me, as he often does he would had brought it directly to my front door. My mailman retired as a County Deputy Sheriff.
WISH has blown off my issue and now wants a picture of an item I don't have so that's impossible, also their solution is to offer me 20% off my next offer, which is not acceptable because I want the item I paid for, period. I do not want a refund which wasn't offered, but what I paid for and never received. I am tired of being blown off with WISH and now will also file a formal complaint.

Wish.com is totally a rip off company by far. They do everything in their power to avoid any problems, issues, concerns, complaints. They have what they call is a limited time offer where you can pay. 50 cents to actually get a good deal problem is that you WILL NEVER win. And you will get a full refund within 3 days I've done at least 200 of these deals and was only refunded for about 36 of them and don't try to complain about it because it will not do a damn bit of good. They have put items in my cart with me having no knowledge whatsoever, I never ordered any of these things. You WILL communicate with 20 different people who don't have a clue as to what is going on. They send the same messages everytime over and over and over again. They WILL NOT give you a refund whatsoever just beat around the bush. They do not communicate with each other that's why you get the same BS everytime. They tell you how concerned they are and that's total BS TOO. I've filed a complaint with the California state attorneys Generals office as I have done in the past about a year ago and was successful and got all of my money back and hopefully will do the same this time. I'm telling you that you should definitely stay away from them for it will not do any good until you go to extreme measures. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED TO STAY AWAY if you don't want to get ripped off and no refunds or returns..

Wish.com Photo id for proof

I have had many problems with wish such as not revive bing my orders or them being damaged but today when I was trying to buy something they refused and said I must show them a photo id this is not necessary and why do they need this they are scamming people! Also my bank has advised me not to give this type of information to you as it could be a scam, which I think it is. Why do you need this information

Wish.com Elevated pet bowl — never received the product in the mail

I was not successful in copying a picture of the pet bowl off of the WISH website. Again, there is NO product number associated with this single elevated white plastic tilted bowl.

I supplied my Debit Card number to this company to process the order. My bank is APGFCU Credit Union.

I sent an email on three different occasions to WISH (support@wish.com) this week May 23-27) to indicate that I NEVER received an elevated pet bowl that I ordered on 5/16/21 from WISH. I never received an invoice, a confirmation of the order with the product number or delivery date, no record was emailed to me to indicate that I purchased this product. The response email was a GENERIC email that requests that I supply the product number, order number, however, it was never supplied to me - NOTHING! I have gone into their website to find my MOST RECENT ORDERS AND NOTHING SHOWED UP. It appears as though I never ordered ANYTHING from this company. I am disputing this order with my bank and will have to get my Debit Card cancelled and a new one reissued which will take two-three weeks to get. In the interim I will not be able to use a Debit Card with my bank--which is an inconvenience. I will get the money put back into my account by my bank and a pending investigation will take place. Their company will be investigated but what this company has done is criminal. They took my $17.58 from me and you can't even provide decent customer service. What an horrible thing to do to a person. Again, I deserve to receive my order. It was placed a few days prior to May 17 so this has been within thirty (30) days. They have all my information in their system because they TOOK MY DEBIT CARD INFORMATION FROM MY ORDER to process this money into their account!

I placed an order with WISH prior to 5/18/21 for a TILTED CAT BOWL ON A STAND prior to 5/18 and the order amount was posted in my APGFCU bank account on 5/18/21 for $17.28. I have not received the product as yet. I went into the WISH website and my information is not in there at all. I looked under orders and there is nothing showing up under ORDERS at all. I am not satisfied with this transaction and I need your immediate help in this manner.

Iam writing to you to let people know they scam you so they sell products really cheap on a timer so items might say free or a dollar then you pay a small shipping well as you go along all of the sudden the price just changes, well I was ordering like 5 or six things the where priced like a dollar or 3 dollars somewhere in the well all the items I try to purchase I get a message saying the items did not go through that I ran out of time Iam like what the hell except one I was buying a doll for my granddaughter it said it was like 98 cents and shipping was going to be like $6 dollars so I was like ok good next thing I know there sending like a receit and it says they were charging me $79 dollars for shipping plus tax Iam like [censored] try to stop it but it went through so they changed the shipping price I would not buy something fit for a dollar then pay that much for shipping I could buy the doll for half the price somewhere else they scam you and ripe people off they should not be able to do that! Wish.com Over charged my credit card for items I never ordered

I ordered one jumpsuit fir $24.09 when U checked my credit card wish. com charged $284.10 when I enquired about it they had stuff like cushions coats boots which I never ordered I've been trying to talk to someone asking to be refunded on my cats for these purchases that were not made by me don't know what's kind of company would do that just want my card refunded this is totally ridiculous very upset customer😠

Wish.com Taking money for items I didn't order.

On 22nd November 2020, we placed an order for £32.76. Minutes later £517.84 was taken from our account. Despite numerous attempts to cancel the items the system wouldn't let us get to the cancel option. We have managed to send some items back when the system occasionally lets us get in., however we still need a credit for £347.07. We will send photos of the numerous items we still have on receipt of acknowledgement. Our order number is 5fba50936c0b51089af05ed3.
The items we ordered were:

Same happen to me my credit card was charged for items I never ordered my purchase was for a jumpsuit $24.00 wish charged my credit card $282.10 charging me for items I never ordered. I will be seeking legal action as welll if nothing is rectified😠

Wish.com battery that was ordered/cancelled weeks ago.

On April 28, 21, $104.23 was taken from visa account for a golf cart battery.
Emails were sent to see status battery, after weeks of not a work, I cancelled the order and was given a partial, money return of $27.42. This is a $75.81 not returned. I did receive an order on its way. This had already been cancelled by me. In the order it stated that the order total $76.81, not 104.23, that was removed from the Visa.
On your partial refund on 11 May...$72.58., Second row of comments we initiated a refund of $27.42. Row five kindly ask that you wait May 24 for the refund to appear. Instead I receive a package that only had my name & address. No return address or markings to show who this package is from.
I have not opened it and will be returning this package.

Desired outcome: Due to lack of communication and documents sent with no dates etc. Your item is being returned, unopened and I request full refund. Thank you Fred

The last few orders - if you order from this place after they've screwed things up twice, a person should learn a lesson and not order from them again. What a bunch of junk.

Wish.com order with wrong shipping address

Last night while on Face Book an add for a purse came up offered by Wish..
I proceeded to order the item paid through pay pal. as I clicked to finish my purchase there was an address I didn't know as my ship to address, along with my order # 60a5a892cb32d1a52781f5a5 . there was a change address option but it only allowed me to change my name and street address. not the city or state. After hours last night and most of today trying to cancel this order and getting nowhere I googled that name and address:

Wish.com Fake products on wish.com

I paid for a smart phone advertised as (Newest Huawei P40 PRO Smartphone 6.2 Inch Mobile Phone).
I received fake poor unbranded phone.
I requested return and refund on the same day I received my order. Customer support is just wasting time even after I sent them all information and pictures they asked for.

I want my money back in full. wish.com needs to arrange return and full refund
