My order never came, I wet to the submit questions ( where's my stuff) and when I asked where my stuff was I got an email saying my order was refunded. I don't want the order refunded I want the stuff I ordered. You have one job to do wish and it seems you can't do it. I have read all these bad reviews now. If I don't receive the products I ordered I will never use this site again. This has been the worst online shopping experience I have had yet.
my order reads delivered. however i never received i can't keep buying things i never receive
yes sadly! i ordered a few things and never got them, i’ve tried asking for refunds but they dont want to give me it. they keep making excuses that it was my fault, that i should have canceled my order. it’s super frustrating.
I have ordered a number of items (about 30) at once and have received the majority of them with the exception of about 4 items that were not a lot of money but that was money I could have used elsewhere.
It's a shame that Wish doesn't do a better job of weeding out the few bad apples that make the shopping experience an annoying one. I have since stopped ordering with Wish and have tried to find similar products with other US based companies where there is a better change of recourse should something not be delivered.
I've had no issues with the items that I did receive but I don't intend to throw my money away to the likes of people who really don't care and who hid behind distance and language barriers.
Just know that when you order from Wish there is a 50/50 chance of you not getting your item.

There seems to be no recourse from a few scammers who operate in Wish who know that distance and language barriers work in their favor. I have since not ordered anything from Wish and try to find the same product from different US sources where there is better recourse if something was to go wrong. It's so sad that Wish doesn't put more measures in place to weed out the bad apples.
So I ordered some underwear for my daughter and it said it had 5 different pair and I only got 1 pair. Tried to tell them but I don't even think they got any real people answering anyone. Just stupid automatic replies.
I had I believe it was 2 or 3 different items that I paid for to be shipped to me, paid $64 and never received anything! When I contacted wish they told me to wait a little longer, tried to track the items but no activity! So I waited fir awhile and contacted them again only to be told NOW ITS TOO LATE TO REFUND MY ORDER! Can u believe that! First they say to wait only to tell me I paid them for absolutely NOTHING! I’m beyond furious and have NEVER ordered from them ever again! Their nothing but a rip off! I cant believe these people, it’s ridiculous! And believe me they lost a very valuable customer who put in an order 2-3 times a month to 0! Guess they got me good huh! They’re a sad excuse of how to run a company! I swear against them to this day! It’s a damm joke already!
Beyond irritated. Ordered Xmas pajamas for the family on Nov. 12th. Delivery date was supposed to be on Dec. 14th... Never received my order and can’t get a hold of anyone. I spend over 100 dollars on Xmas pajamas that we will probably never get the chance to wear. Christmas in next week already and we don’t have them. What is the point if they come after Xmas? We won’t need them anymore then and they won’t fit the boys next year. So beyond irritated and pissed off . The last thing it says that it is in transit in China:..: That was in Nov. This is so fricking ridiculous!

Ordered a series of items from the company. All but one showed up. It said it delivered weeks ago, but it never came. I contacted there support system, but i doubt ill get a response since it "was delivered"
Have you gotten it yet? My order is saying the same thing. It says it was delivered but I never actually got it.
Look closely at your tracking number. The same thing has just happened to me. I ordered a birthday gift for my daughter. Tracking says delivered but I never got my item. I looked more closely and the tracking says it was shipped the day before I even ordered. It was shipped by FedEx so I called them and they confirmed that the tracking number I was given is for a package addressed to a completely different person and address. They gave me somebody else's tracking number and because it says it was delivered, they won't refund. Now I'm out $95.

Beware! I ordered a product the beginning on October and didn’t realize that I was ordering all the way from China because of this and the order arriving in November when I needed it Halloween weekend I had to go and purchase five more cloaks off of Amazon (which I should have done in the first place). I have written almost everyday demanding a refund since my items never arrived and I have called the Post office everyday. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU WONT GET WHAT YOU PURCHASE, YOU WILL HAVE TO TRACK DOWN YOUR OWN PACKAGE AND I DOUBT FROM WHAT I READ YOU WILL GET A REFUND. I’m out $54 dollars for five items that never came!
My first wish order never arrived, they refunded I actually re-ordered from a different wish vender, and I have another order floating around the either. Personally, they have 30 days from the order then I request a refund. The tracking has them all leaving china then never getting scanned anywhere else.
I ordered 4 items from 4 different sellers on Wish back in July and August and have never received any of them. They were i expensive and i was given refunds for 2 of them. Now I was supposed to expect my last order Sept 29, its not here, & they updated thw expected delivery to October 6, having the audacity to give me a notification telling me to wait until the new date before contacting them! As far as im concerned, it DID NOT ARRIVE ON TIME.I deserve my money back immediately.
I will not do business with this joke of a company again, & i advise everyone i know- and everyone reading this- not to use the app and to notify not to use it as well.

Ordered a sweater off wish and never got it. It said it would come on April 22nd and it didn't then said it would come on the 29th and it didn't. How nice heard nothing. So not shop from dxk@q. Slow horrible company. In fact don't use Wish app it's all China made deal you will be very disappointed. Also most stuff you see in pictures doesn't eve look close to what your buying lol
My wife bought shoes totaling $75.00. She went to check on them to see what the status is, and it was not there. I don't care what country your from, you don't rip me off ! . This is not how you do thinks in the US. You may do it in your country but you don't do it here. You keep pissing people off your, not going to have anybody shop at your company because word gets around. Lets say it was me doing it, and i did what you did to my wife . You would do the same god dam thing sending me an email [censor]ing me out in your language because i ripped you off ! .If you don't understand this then you are RETARDed as hell . Get you head out of butt and stop ripping people off. I will probably not see her get her order or her money back .
