Wish I didn't order anything but was charged for 300.00 worth of merchandise

I received an alert on my phone that I had ordered a pool and a watch that totaled 315.00, which I immediately canceled the order and they refunded me but not back on my credit card like a refund should have been done. Because that's where They took my money from and when I sent them an email stating that I didn't order this they put my account on a block . I've tried numerous times and still no respond . I have never received anything and they refunded my account but to wish cash . I'm trying to get my money back to my credit card to cancel my wish account and be done but if I do that then the 315.00 will not be refunded . It's my money and I have nothing that was ordered so I just want my money credited back to my credit card account and they won't so that's stealing from me because there is no way to contact them nor get a human reply . Everything is automated . Totally never order or set things up like this through the internet due to [censored] like this . Can someone please contact me so I can get my money and close my account . [protected]. Where do I go next

I also had my account suspended for suspicious activity. I have no 8dea what that's supposed to mean I made a few purchases which were reversed and yes I git the message too... Something is wrong with my account but it seemed payments were declined by a wish. So confusing. And the support is awful. They keep sending the same irrelevant msg again and again...

Wish consistent unreliable late delivery, poor quality of products

I have been ordering items from wish for quite a while now and I am bothered by the length of time it takes the items I bid on to arrive. Quite a few are inferior/broken or soon to be nonfunctional. Some never arrived. They do allow you to track your orders but the length of time it takes to arrive invites one to forget, a ruse similar to mail in rebates that could have been handled at the store but are not on the chance that receipts will get misplaced.

Wish unable to order

For two months I keep getting the same message: my account is blocked until I send a photo of my bank statement with a wish purchase shown on my bank statement.
I get the same robot reply every time — send my bank statement.
My bank statement never mentions wish because I use a credit card for all of my purchases and the only thing that shows on my bank statement is a payment made to american express which is the credit card company I use.
I must get this solved, I have lost out on buying dozens of things in the past two months. Don't any humans work in customer service?

Wish I am having lots of trouble purchasing now

i am very upset i can't get what is in my cart purchased! you keep sending me an error message when i try to check out ! you had no problem taking my money many many times so what is going on?
i can't get any one to call me or fix this!

Wish automatic charge monthly

Wish,
I have automatic charge monthly that I don't recall give permission. This has been happening for a few months and would like it to stop. As this is putting my PayPal account in arrears. I would also like to be reimbursed for all charges that have been withdrawn. As these where all taken without my consent or knowledge. I don't even know what this company Comtextlogic Canada inc does/is. Please remedy this situation and make it right as soon as possible.

Wish fitbit watch strap

So I bought a rose gold fitbit watch strap about 7 months ago and it hasn't arrived and I was just making a complaint so that anyone could be notified. The date it was due was October 2 2018 and the order number was 5b89067eba8493511f87adbd. I would like something to happen about it whether I can get a refund if possible or be able to get a product for the same price. Thank you.

Wish two pairs of earbuds/ a laptop cover

I have sent a complaint about these items and i still haven't gotton any answers.On June 10 2019 i returned these items for a refund any i have not gotten any thing the items was delevered at wish company on June 17, 2019. I call and still can't get anyone from the company is really making me this like the company?I receipt from the post office that i returned it. I need answers it was before 30 days

Can't ues my wish account they say they need to verify my account they seem not to be helping me with this matter I have sent them a copy of my card that I ues same stuff they keep saying then they say verify my account and I have done that then the said someone we'll get back to me in 2 3 days they have not done anything to help me with my account im about ready to close my account with them

I have oredered extensively with wish in the past and have never had any problems but now I have changed my credit card recently and it seems to have created a problem in your system... I have been trying to get a refund due to not recieving the item but your system keeps telling me it has been refunded i know for a fact that it has not ...isnt it enough that your company charges alot of taxes for each item...i want my money back i dont care if its only $2. Wish unknown

This charge $86.65 just appeared on my bank statement. I have no idea what it is! I never made this purchase! I have used wish before but I know which Things I have ordered they just took money randomly from my account. I never purchased anything after I received all my items. I just wake this morning and opened my back account and wish randomly took money from my account. This wish company is just a scam to people.

My first purchase in this fraud website is ip7watch and the one I got fake and the other two of it not been received on time and still I been waiting on it but they refund the money so with that money I purchased shades for my car but still I haven't got it. Wish refund come in wish cash account. not in original payment method.

Dear concern
I ordered a dress on wish site. But after 45-50
Days I didn't get my order. When I canceled order and applied for my refund in original payment method, so company send my cash in wish account. And according to company I can't take back this cash in my bank account. This is totally fake company.
I want my cash back as soon as possible.

Wish packages were not delivered to my address

I'm still never recieved my tattoo set and gauge and inside neon lights been afew months. I ordered online from wish and spent about 250 dollars or more with a gem Visa debit card and only recieved afew items I'm just wondering if the wish company is trying to RIP me off or something like that. So could anyone help me out with this situation thank you

Unfortunately their tracking is horrendous. Some items can literally take months. I suggest ordering a little at a time. Seems when you purchase multiple items at a time they get lost in customs. Track your item on wish or on parcels a global package tracking site. Also call the Post office and provide them with the tracking number. They can let you know if your item ever made it to your country.

Wish cherry white dress

I have submitted many orders and more then few of them so far are not delivered yet. however the dress i ordered long time ago (white cherry dress) was supposed to arr iv 15 days ago and still didn't... You need to contact your bank and dispute the charges. Generally with wish you can contact customer support who are usually lenient with refunds unless you've requested numerous refunds. Screenshot everything and provide to your bank.

Wish too many to count

I ordered 16 items over 2 months ago and I can't even see them in my order history I was told they were shipping but still nothing it's past the window to find anything out I wasn't able to find tracking numbers. Most of the stuff was gifts for my mother and father I've never had a problem with Amazon but why I ever used wish I don't know it's not that much cheaper. Check with customs! Wish has to provide you with tracking info. I'm finding that people who order multiple items at once are having issues. Usually it's with customs. I've had items show up months later. My suggestion order a few items at a time. In the meantime time screenshot every encounter with wish support and contact your bank.
