I have 20 items in my cart. I want to only purchase 2 items right now. I don't know how to do this. There is no way to select a product. When I try to check out, it checks out entire cart. I have written several emails your answer doesn't make any sense. I have tried everyway possible. I still can only purchase the entire cart. How can I select and individual item?

An order was placed mistakenly, I logged a refund / cancellation query immediately, Wish customer care got back to me days later with the excuse that my order was already shipped and they can't refund me.

Why was the order shipped if I logged a query seconds after my card was charged ?

Now I'm being sent items that I do not want, after having a back and forth email charade with the customer care they still refuse to refund me.

did not recieve everthing in the descriton such as the recharable batterys and the charger which as u can see these items are clearly stated in product description

Ordered from Wish, never received anything, complained and received a "system generated" refund - on 27 June 2019 ! Up to this day (1 Oct) I received NOTHING !
All complaints and support issues are classified by electronic system and the SAME (ridiculous !) answer is given by the SYSTEM. One cannot get hold of ANY HUMAN being that might be able (or willing) to resolve your issue. Even the latest BILLIONAIRE CEO of WISH (Peter) cannot be reached. I hope this company goes down SOON !

I ordered a smart watch for my 10 year old daughter, after over a month a box arrived today 1st of October, on the packaging it saying Smart watch but it contained a Penis pump.

The transactions were likely to have occurred on the 10th or 11th of September.

I'm requesting the information provided to wish for the order: Name, mailing Address, ip address and mobile number, exact time of purchase and what was purchased.

So i did order 35 limited quantity deal to get answer 2-3 days later that unfortunately i did not win the listing on all items. It was ok to try as now i will never do it again. I need wait 2 weeks for refund. Thats all about that great deal. I did make research online to find out more about wish limited deal but it looks like only people who get paid for saying that is true and they get many items almost free. All dollars and pound etc WISH get FROM US... every day they getting mo ney from all countries wish work in, imagine how many milions ... their bank percentage grow our money. They use our money for 2 weeks and then send to us back. This is so easy money for them that they even dont need to sell items anymore. Lets say they make 5% on my £1 = clean 5p a day they own from my one pound for next 2 weeks, thats give £ 0.70p And now count how much they'll have when 1 mln people will pay them a pounda day.

I cannot change my email. It shows it as "nu", ive followed what to do however how can you sign in with the original email if there wasnt one?! Can you help me here. Order placed on March 27, 2019 but till I don't receive my product. I did not get any proper reply from wish. Kindly solve this problem as soon as possible. All most more than 50 times I try complain but I did not get proper way now only I got now to make complain. Kindly cancel this order refund my money. On September 26, 2019 two unauthorized orders were placed on wish.com for a total of $4564.00. I was able to cancel one of the orders and they say that they will refund my money but I will have to wait 14 days which is totally unacceptable. The other order is pending payment from my Credit Union which has a pending hold on it. These orders were for a total of 28 units of the same item . They have a phone number but goes to a recording that refers you to their website, totally useless. You will never be able to speak to a real person. This business needs to be investigated for fraud. This has been a real nightmare for me.

I have been emailing for a while now and have told wish account has been hacked, so all the items I have ordered have gone to the wrong country and address.

I am not getting anywhere with wish and just want a refund now.

Below are my order numbers. I have received nothing as everything has gone to usa and I live in england. All i'm getting from wish is check my local area for the packages and the they're marking the situation "solved". No it's not as I haven't received one single item and I ordered 10 items.

How do I return the items I am unsatisfied with? I ordered many items recently, and was only satisfied with 3 or 4 of the items. The clothing items were either not like what I ordered or were very cheaply made and not satisfactory.

Every time when I tried to submit my payment, this message will appeared.
Before this, I received a message asking me to send the screenshot of the item I try to purchase . I have sent it several times but did not receive any response.message appeared Lately, the abovementioned -"There is something wrong with your user account. Please visit https://www.wish.com/payment-issue to resolve this."
Please let me know what is going on with WISH.

Recently I attempted to start buying again only to find my account had been blocked by the system.. I queried this only to receive an automated response ... as all my purchases had always been paid via PayPal this made little sense...In the past a couple of orders had failed to be delivered and queries had been met with hostility from suppliers...those suppliers I will not purchase from again...others were only very willing to help...in one case the person who signed for the item was unknown to anyone in this house hold...so resupplied the item...

Only 2 items above I asked for a refund to the shipping I was charged and just to see if I am being frauded by wish, I left the other ones on the list above to see if they honor what wish said they would . The items were free, all i had to do was pay shipping cost and I have done that. This is public media that needs to be made known if you order what wish lists for free, then it should be honored and the customer should not be frauded. I will be sure to stop shopping with Wish.com and all others that I know will not shop there as well. Thanks wish for being a fraud.

Somehow my shipping address got changed to a completely different address and state. I deleted that address and reentered my original address. Now when I tried to order you are asking for a bank statement which I don't have. I used to shop with Wish a lot but now I am extremely frustrated. I have spent hours trying to fix this. Please, I need help!

On September 24th and 25th someone took money off my credit card onto this account and decide to go order a bunch of different things I did not okay it and I did not do it myself now I have no money on my credit card and I got two children that it's hungry all I want is my money back on my credit card cuz this is getting really ridiculous the only thing I bought on wish is the Bluetooth speaker the day before please get back to me as soon as possible thank you
