Wischnewsky Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Me and my wife went to Wischnewsky Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Jan 6th 2022 to trade her car for another vehicle. We found a 2018 jeep grand cherokee with *** miles on it and purchased the extended warranty. However, after a week of having the car, we noticed that the coolant was milky. We took the car back to the dealership and found out that they had replaced head gaskets before we purchased the vehicle but did not flush the system. They replaced the hoses and reservoir.

After about 8 days, on day 86 which was around April 1st, the car's engine overheated. We found out that the harmonic balancer pulley was sideways into the engine and the camshaft bolt was about two inches out of the engine. We brought this to their attention and told them that this could be their fault. We also mentioned the Texas lemon law. They said that they would make it right and get us into something different if need be. They even said that they would eat the negative equity.

Yesterday, April 9th, we purchased a 2022 grand cherokee that a family member financed for us at 4.8 percent after being offered internet price which was ***. However, the dealership subtracted 8 grand from our trade-in to make us negative. They also added on the extended warranty without asking since it has factory warranty. They charged us a trade-in fee when this was their idea. The vehicle came out to be 60 grand, and they did not even let us see the papers until said family member signed. This was messed up and screwed us.
