Triangle Auto Sales

My car got towed by Triangle Auto Sales on 02.13.2022 between 01:00AM-07:00AM without any notice. They usually call me when I miss my payment, but this time they didn't. I woke up at 8:30AM to go get breakfast with my family, but our car was gone. Our newly born baby's car seat was in the car, so my wife and baby couldn't come with me. I reported the lost car to the police, and they told me that the car was repossessed. They didn't call me this time, and when I tried to call them with the police officer, they didn't answer. They only work Monday to Friday, but they always call me when I'm behind on payment or when I change my card. There's no way they can get the car without communicating with me. I went to their place, but I couldn't find anyone or my car. I called them again, but there was no response. If they had left information about the towing company, I would have gotten my car today and watched the Super Bowl in a club. But I missed it because of their communication problems. I need them to pay for their incompetence in effective communication. My baby missed the Super Bowl, and it's a sad development in today's electronic communication.
