I got a 2015 Chevy from Sterling Auto in May with a one year warranty. But in June, I had issues with the car and contacted Craig, the sales rep. He told me to contact the leasing company, and the car kept giving me notifications that it needed service. A few months later, the car wouldn't start even with a new battery. I contacted Craig, and he said he'd call back. The leasing company said I could take it to a mechanic, but I had to pay $300 for labor. The car ran, but the service for trak came back, and Sterling Auto didn't help. In October, the car stopped running, and I'm paying $350 a month for a car that doesn't work. Sterling Auto didn't help, and I traded in my Dodge for it.
