Your online system is a disaster. I can't even make a list of items I need. Look at PUBLIX'S site. THEY make it easy to have an online list.

ALSO, I AM NOT AN EMPLOYEE. Your cashiers stand around, act bored and treat customers like thieves while customers check themselves out. RIDICULOUS AND INSULTING

I just now made a decision. I am not going to struggle with your site, self check debacles and treatment like I'm a thief. I am shopping at PUBLIX. I may pay more but I will actually GET CUSTOMER SERVICE. Look it up. Winn Dixie needs to learn what it is.

Recommendation: SHOP ELSEWHERE
