Wingstop Restaurantsservice

My coworker did a wing order online somehow the cc payment went to the wrong location. She called the location and explain what happened in error, and ask if they could charge back my cc card or call the correct store and see if they could just make the ordered since it has been paid. The assistance manager said the cc card would be billed back within 3-5 business days and that she would contact her manager and see if the other store can prepare those wings. I called the store 8215659464 and spoke to Kerry and said my cc card being billed back within 3-5 business days is Unacceptable! since it was done within 10min she said she contacted her manager and he said the money will be back on my card by the end of business day today, so I said so your not willing to call the other store since the wings are paid so that I can have lunch! she said No since it will be back on your card. I said okay and thank you for your customer service of 15$ wing and treating this like it Steak! I told her I will Not be patron wing stop and that my card had better be back with the 15$ that I was charged since I want have lunch, and that if it is not I will go further in my complaint and social media
