My name is Darnetta Cohen on Friday, 30 August 2019, I ordered 15pcs whole wing special w/large fries, 6 rolls, ranch and cheese sauce online from the Wingstop location at 4812 Dixie Hwy, Louisville, KY 40216 (502) 409-6000; store 608. I live nearly an hour away in Elizabethtown, KY. When I got there, food was ready, but when I checked, my fries were very cold, so, I asked for hot. Got home, tried to eat 1st pc of chicken, it was old, black and bones were black; tried 2nd pc, same thing; tried a different flavor, same darn thing. I could not eat not 1 piece of chicken because the meat was terribly old and black! I am suffering from kidney stones - otherwise, I would have taken all the food right back up there. I have attached a picture of the meat and am attempting to upload my order, as well. I want a full refund, as, there is absolutely nothing that I can do with just bread and ranch and cheese sauce.
