Ordered 25 windows on august 4th, 2021.Installation done on jan 25th.

1 large window 6 panels broken glass, wrong grid placement, one broken window in bedroom, wrong window in bathroom, was to be obscured, large window in back of house received and installed bronze color instead of white. Large window in stairs not level and leaking.

Replacement windows installed on june 24th. Large window in back of house received bronze again, wrong color. Front window 6 panels with grids, glass replaced but grids not fixed, grids uneven.

Calling their office every day, told they will call back, still waiting

It will be a year in a month to have all windows properly installed..

Window world of polk county, florida has the worst service. Product is great but service is the worse.
