My daughter used Window World and was very happy with their work so she asked me to call Chuck. Chuck came out and he was amazing! Not only was Chuck Knowledgeable but also very professional. EC came out to install 17 windows and an Entry Door. I was a little concerned when he showed up alone, but he didn't need a helper, he was amazing! What a craftsman and I would definitely refer Window World for future projects. Thank you Window World! -

I love working with the folks at Window World of San Diego for so many reasons! I am extremely pleased with not just their product, but the level of customer service, professionalism, knowledge and general positive and good nature of everyone there. Since it's construction and nothing goes perfectly in construction (and certainly not in 2020/21) there's always the worry of issues popping up - thankfully the Window World team - from the owners to the admin to the installers are awesome and know how to get things done and done the correct way! They are genuinely real people who are looking to do quality work and make sure we clients are happy. I highly recommend working with them and should I have any more need for windows - they will be my FIRST and ONLY call!

I had old vinyl windows from the builder and they all seem to have a foggy appearance to them. Andrea came out to my home and went thru the window and process thoroughly. We ordered our windows and was told we had a 10 to 12 week delivery time frame. Alex came out to do the measure 2 weeks later and confirmed my order. They seem to have some new system in place that sends you text messages. I really liked that since I have been working from home. I got updated about my install and scheduled through that system. The install took 2 days. The installer, Dimitry, was absolutely awesome. I could not even tell that construction had taken place on my property. It was so clean and everything was beautiful. I love my new windows! Window World is awesome and really affordable! I had 2 other estimates. One from a local guy. I didn't like ***'s 10 year warranty. I had my other estimate from a larger company... the price was 4 times more. Thank you!

I would not recommend this company to anyone
I would not recommend this company to anyone. We received our quote July 18th and were informed installation would be in 6 weeks. Our windows were installed 15 weeks later. Window World of San Diego did not bother to call to inform me of the delay, I called them. The man I spoke with was not impressed when I told him I thought the company should have called me to inform me of the delay. Our windows and doors where installed with the exception of a screen door on one of the sliders, a part was apparently missing. I asked if I needed to call Window World and inform them of the missing part. To which the installer said he would do that. I called 11/2 and was told the part had been ordered and needed to be made in the factory. At which point I realized there would be a significant delay. I called 12/29 to find out when the part would be fitted and was told someone would call me 12/30, no one called. I called again 12/31 and was told no one was available to talk due to the holiday, they would call 1/4. Which to my surprise someone did call. I spoke with Victoria, who was actually very understanding and apologetic, which was a first. She told me I was one of many customers with similar type of issues and this was why she was called in to help! She requested I send her pictures of the missing piece as she did not have any record and she would look into it further. I sent the pictures 1/4 with a follow up text 1/5. I left voicemails 1/6, 1/7 and 1/8. I did not receive any response until 1/9. I received a text. "Good morning I have your pictures and got them to my installer and will have an update shortly. I will have your $1.00 refund" (there is not a error with my decimal point). The text asks if there were any dates or times that were not good for me. I responded the same day and said any time was good. I called again on 1/13 and Brea took a message to give to Victoria, surprise , surprise I have still not heard anything. Hence why I would never recommend this company. I am still waiting for someone to contact me to have the screen door fitted and fix the door locks that are fiddly to lock!

I really wanted to write a good review but unfortunately, I must warn you against using this business unless you have a lot of time and patience. I should have heeded the other reviews that mention WW will ignore you once your salesguy is gone. That's what happened to me. I had to call them to schedule the measurement, after waiting for weeks. Another wait for the windows during which I made a couple more calls to WW. I received a return call from Gene, the owner, explaining that COVID and other things had affected their ability to do business and I believed him. So, I waited. I got the call I was waiting for- that my "3 day install" would occur Sept 21-23. So... the first day, 2 very nice kids arrived and installed 7 of my 29 windows and 2 doors and then left after 3 hours; with no indication whether or when they would return. While here, one of them asked me if I had made an appointment to have my entry door installed since they don't do that installation. PANIC! Nobody had informed me that I needed that. In addition, for some reason, the kids trimmed the corners off 3 of the windows to cram them into the stucco pop out surround. What? So, again, I called WW and got an answering machine. So I called WW International in North Carolina and they connected me with Vista, CA! I was asked to text pictures of the windows and Alex called me back. He offered to come that evening at 7 pm to look at the windows. Of course, he attempted to convince me that that is how they are supposed to be installed. After I showed him the pictures I took of our neighbors' (6 of them) windows having square corners in their pop outs, he changed his attitude. So, he came to the house the 2nd day and spoke to the kids about the rest of the windows and the second install day went OK. The third (and supposedly final day) the installers worked their butts off but still left 4 windows uninstalled. They left while I had stepped away from the house and just told my daughter they were done for the day. Needless to say, I was pretty upset! Day 4- I had to work...the entry door was installed beautifully from 5-8:30 PM. The door installer presented me with paperwork to sign indicating the completion of the job and asked for a $11,000 check. He looked surprised when I showed him the windows that had not yet been replaced. Obviously I did not give him the check. So...here I am, a week later. I did not hear anything from WW after my door install so I called them yet again on 9/28 (Mon) about my windows. Supposedly she was to "get the message to the installers to follow up". So it's now 9/30 and I have not heard anything. GRRRRRRR... there is only so much I can take. AT LEAST, COMMUNICATE WITH YOUR CLIENT! I am completely fed up. One of the windows includes build up of a pony wall. I need drywall and stucco. I can't even schedule that until WW finishes. My washing machine is still pulled away from the wall since the supposed install dates a week ago. I cleaned my house for a party this weekend - I thought all the messy construction would be long since done and I would be enjoying my $21,000 investment. But, I feel like I have been used. Addendum: I called today (9/30) since I have not heard back after my call on 9/28. I was informed by Janice that "my windows just came in" (a lie) and that I could have NOVEMBER 2 for my install! Are they kidding?! I am outraged. I don't understand why they would cause me to wait another 6 weeks for the windows I have already waited forever for and that they started installing last week! The gall! PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUSINESS TO THESE PEOPLE!

Our neighbors had gotten their windows replaced by Window World a few years ago and they raved about how much they loved them and how professional and courteous the company was so when it was time for us to replace ours we did some comparison shopping and then checked back with our neighbors to see if they were still happy with them and how they were holding up. They were still very happy with them and had no complaints whatsoever. After our comparison shopping and our seeing the quality of installation and materials used we did not hesitate to call Window World to have them come out and give us an estimate. We love our windows they are beautiful, they are quality and they have really spruced up our home. Thank You Window World for our beautiful windows we will be recommending your company to our friends, family and neighbors just like our neighbor did.
I recently finished a project with Window World and I am extremely HAPPY with my Windows! I was very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. Especially in a pandemic, where the entire world is shut down, its impressive that Window World was able to pull through and give me not only BEAUTIFUL windows and doors, but great service as well. The installers were very professional and did a great and CLEAN job. I love being able to support a FAMILY owned and operated company and am very happy to support products made in the USA! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family and anyone who asks. I am proud to show off my windows on my house and be the best looking property on the street!
Window World delivered! We had multiple estimates but went with Window World because of what they do for our Veterans. Window World was very low pressure and extremely reasonable. Our installer Jesus was a true craftsman! Jesus not only did a flawless job, but he was extremely professional. Jesus took a lot of pride in his work and it showed, Thank you Andrea, Brianna and Deanna, you helped to make our experience amazing and we would definitely recommend Window World to others.
