Over 10 years ago I got windows installed at my home in Indian Rocks Beach. I needed to replace some doors and met with Freddy. When he came out he saw one of my windows was cloudy and he asked me about it. When I told him that Weathertite installed it years ago, he called the office, sent a picture to them, and had a new window ordered to replace the cloudy window. It has now been replaced and looks amazing. I ordered new doors and can't wait for them to be installed. I am so pleased that the window was completely covered under warranty and I paid nothing to have it replaced.

When we were ready to replace the rest of our windows we interviewed five or six different companies. Ross M. of Weather Tite windows got our business. He was friendly and knowledgeable and didn't give us a gimmicky sales pitch like some of the others. We were impressed by his sincerity and professionalism, even as I made several changes to the order after our initial visit. When the windows were installed the installers were polite, efficient and did a wonderful job. We are very happy with the product and with the service from start to finish and we highly recommend this company.

We "interviewed" 3 windows companies and are so glad that we chose Weather Tite for our new windows. We had an excellent experience -- from our first meeting with Ryan, who answered all our questions, gave us great advice, and worked with us to get the product we needed, to the efficient job by William and Santiago during the installation. They left us with beautiful new (and sparkling clean) windows we are proud of. Not only that, but we live alongside I-75, and for the first time in the 15 years we have lived here, we do not have to sleep with a fan on to drown out traffic noise. We couldn't be happier.

From the start when Nick M. our salesman showed up for appointment the experience has been great he walked us thru there windows and the measuring and installation process he was very thoughtful and was genuinely concerned that our window needs and wants were being answered, and every step along the way has been exactly like they promised ,the wonderfull office staff keeps in touch and the installers Anthony and Alex were top notch very courteous and thorough and cleaned up after installation ,other then our brand new clean beautiful windows you never knew they were here ,Thank you Mike and your wonderful team

Weather Tite Windows has excellent customer service. We had our doors and windows installed by them back in 2014. Just recently, we contacted them about a concern we had that our balcony doors or our neighbors doors (also installed by Weather Tite) were possibly causing a water leak in a condo unit below us. Jeff, from WTW was there the next day to inspect the doors. In addition, he returned when a leak detection company arrived to find the leak. The leak did not come from the balcony doors, but Jeff stayed around because he wanted to make sure the doors were not the problem. You couldn't ask for better service.

Our whole experience with Weather Tite Windows was pleasant and professional. From start to finish WTW product and service has exceeded our expectations. Thank you Michael for never putting any pressure on us. Your product speaks for itself. The installers did an excellent job. They were efficient, courteous and professional. They even cleaned up after the job was finished. They knew what they are doing and did it very well. Thank you to the customer support team. They stayed in contact with us during the waiting time. When a crew finished a big job earlier, we received a call from a customer rep. if they could install the doors the next day. What a pleasant surprise. I had 10 windows put in in 2014 and had a issue with 3 windows 6 years later they came out and replaced them for free. Our bathroom windows were frosted and when they came out they had extra glass to do all the panes in the bathrooms so it wouldnt happen to those panes. Andrew came out today and gave us a estimate for our Lanai and since the customer and salesmen are very professional and wants to make us the customer happy. We decided to go with Weather Tite windows again cause they back there products and they are of quality and care about us the customers. You cant get this service out of a box store cause you are a number there here you are a person and you can't talk to them about issues. Caused they just dont care. Remember you get what you pay for today. Weather Tite is the way to go

Best decision ever! We have over 30 windows and just the thought of having to put up the shutters every time we might get a hurricane just killed us! My husband has a horrible back due to military and well his health of worth it! Best investment ever! We can tell how much our electric bill has gone down, we saved on insurance AND the peace of mind we have when we think about any possible hurricane or any possible break in! Good luck getting in! Then when they were replacing the windows we noticed water damage from the old windows! Can you imagine what type of damage we would of had to fix in 3/5 years!? So we are nothing but super happy with our new windows! Our marketing director Ross Mallin is amazing and super professional. The installation was super smooth and would 100% recommend Weathertite Windows!

We recently purchased windows and sliders from Weather Tite. We are really happy with our decision and investment. We went to their office and met with Christine. She was very sweet and friendly and scheduled an appointment for someone to come to our home. Grant came out that week and measured and gave us a quote. He explained everything in great deal and made sure we understood the differences in the windows and the warranties. Paulo and his guy installed our windows and doors and they look beautiful. There has been a lot of reduction in noise and we haven't gotten a new electric bill yet but I am sure it's made a difference. Bottom line - we had estimates from 3 companies and we strongly recommend Weather Tite. Grant was by far the most professional person we met with. I decided to replace the windows on my house that had the original windows from the 1940's. I received several quotes but Ross with WeatherTite gave me more information than any other company and helped me understand exactly was I was buying and how the entire window would be manufactured (in Florida). All of this occurred before the Pandemic and my windows were actually ready early and they were installed today. My installers, Paulo and David were professional, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up everything as they worked. I can no longer hear the traffic at the very busy intersection by my house and I can't wait to see the reduction on my electric bill. They also informed me of some other issues with my very old house that they found during the installation. I was expecting a very long and messy process but it was just the opposite. I would absolutely recommend WeatherTite Windows. They did an amazing job.

5 years ago we had Ross *** from Weather Tite Windows come to our residence to discuss having new window installed. After a complete explanation of how the windows were made and installed, we agreed to have them do the work. A few weeks later, all of the windows were installed in just 2 days. The installers were professional all the way. The first thing we noticed was the reduction of outside noise in the house. During fireworks celebrations, only the big booms were heard. We also noticed that our electric bill had lowered and our AC unit wasn't running as much as it had. When it came time to have new entrance doors, Weather Tite was our first choice. One call to Ross took care of everything. 3 doors were installed with no problems. All the windows and doors look great and are low maintenance. Weather Tite Windows has supplied us with quality materials, expert installation, and above service. The warranty for the windows and doors is superior. I would recommend Weather Tite Windows to anyone needing new windows or doors.

I cannot say enough great things about Weather Tite Windows! I had a great experience with every person I spoke to and/or met with - our salesman, the man who came out to measure the windows, the office staff, the installers, and the guy who came back out to after the inspector. Our inspector even made a comment about how great of a job the installation crew did.

Our salesperson, Ross M, was very professional, informative, and genuine. Ross was so easy to talk to and made us feel at ease about the whole process. We instantly felt very confident that we made the right choice going with Weather Tite.

The installers did a fantastic job. They showed up on time and worked hard all day to get the job done. They were very polite and conscientious and did a great job with the cleanup! I was very happy and impressed with how everything went on installation day.

To everyone at Weather Tite, thank you for such a positive experience and for our beautiful new windows! Very energy efficient and have helped a ton with the outdoor noise! Makes the house look brand new :) Couldnt be happier with how everything turned out!

OUTSTANDING! AMAZING! I cannot say enough about Weather Tite Windows as a company, and especially Ross Mallin (Sales), Mark (measuring), Adrian (scheduler), Jim and his partner (installation), and everyone we spoke to in between. We started the process by speaking to Ross, who was very well versed in the Weather Tite product. He was able to answer every single question or concern I had. I felt he was very honest, kind, down to earth, prompt, and just an overall nice person. That truly makes a difference, as I experienced the opposite with other Window companies. We ordered our windows late Fall and many of the windows were custom, so we knew it was going to take a little while before installation. Mark carefully took measurements and even made templates to ensure a proper fit. Scheduling the installation with Adrian was a breeze! We had our windows installed last week and I can honestly say our new windows were well worth the wait. The installation process was extremely smooth. The gentlemen that worked on our project were extremely prompt, courteous, kind, mindful of our pets, and meticulous. I expected to have a ton of dust to clean up and areas to paint and touch up inside and outside our house, but I was shocked! There was minimal dust in my house, and there is nothing to touch up on our walls. The installers were careful to cover our furniture and floors, and vacuumed after every window they installed. The quality of these windows is like no other. PGT windows may be on the more expensive side, but they are worth it. The difference in sound inside my house was noticeable after one room was finished. I love that I now have windows that are easy to open and screens in my windows to enjoy fresh air on our (not so many) cool days. These hurricane rated windows have brought more peace of mind knowing I don't have to worry about boarding up while preparing for our next storm. Thank you to everyone at Weather Tite Windows!

Weather Tite Windows is a business that absolutely abuses and takes advantage of the disabled and the elderly! Weather Tite sent a salesman named Brian to our home to have windows and doors replaced. My mother who was 84 with COPD, my father 83 with long-term Alzheimer's, and myself sat a our dining table and pleaded with this man to be honest and we were a sunk ship just holding on to survive and we needed to know what to expect with these doors and windows. I specifically asked him over i the doors needed to be painted and if there would be any work we were responsible for after the installation. I told him it wasn't a deal breaker, I just wanted to know what to expect. This man assured me that these door would NEVER have to be painted unless you wanted them a different color than white. When asked if there would be any work or painting done after the installation, and he insisted that our job would look just like this when done and showed photos of what he said was his father's beach home that Weather Tite has just completed. It was a beautiful completely finished home. I pressed him about this and the fourth time I asked the same questions, he then said, "Well, we may have to tear down some of the stucco but we repair it all. Again, I asked him if we would need to do anything after Window tite finished, and again he insisted it would be finished and look like the homes on the broacher and his father's beach home. LIES! They cam out here and did one sorry job. They drilled holes and chipped up the living room floor tile, they ruined the front porch tile, they tore the cardboard of the drywall where they put the doors in and all that had to be repaired, the caulking is horrible and has to been done over where they chalked, they left parts of it totally uncalked! The workers done speak English well and worked all day with NO lunch break because they only have so long to get the job done, and if it's not right or finished they move on. They did stucco the house were they tore it up, but it is a horrible job and it is NOT painted. As a matter of fact, THE DOORS ARE NOT PAINTED AS WE WERE TOLD BY BRIAN! The doors are primed white and look like primed, cheap, ugly doors. One had a gash in it and I had them come out and the guy put chalking in the gash and said he didn't see anything. I had them come here to correct it and they came early and as I was dressing, they were intimidating my elderly mother. The associate was standing over her and in a raised voice said, "I'm not painting this over "If I paint it, it won't match the rest of your house and you will want the whole house painted!" I reported him and wanted someone else to come out here and repair this slop job and they said their man was kind and they couldn't ever imagine him acting like that. The owner and his wife are dishonest scum. His wife is writing fake reviews all over the place. Read these reviews. I ask you, who give a review and addresses it to the owners wife who they never talked to? These reviews are generated and are fake. Who in the world does she think she is kidding? In Lutz, almost every elderly person who has dealt with this company has been ripped off and they are voiceless. Then this company claims to be a "family" company? A dysfunctional, sociopathic family company is more like it! DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!

To Whom It May Concern:
My husband and I researched several window and door companies in the middle of last year before settling on Weather Tite Windows. At the time, I felt we made an educated, good decision, but today I am writing with several concerns around my multiple experiences with your company.
We were scheduled to have our windows, rear sliding door, and main entry door installed at our home between September 28th- 30th. Most of the windows went in without any problems, other than some holes that needed to be filled as the caulk dried. I was told that the window they installed in my master bathroom had a manufacturer defect and would need to be replaced. They advised it would be ordered and they would follow up with me for the replacement install. Near the end of the day, they also told me the wrong front entry door came in with the order and they would have to re-order the correct door. The installers then asked me for the money that was owed to your company for doing the job and I told them that I was not paying them because the job was not complete. The head of the crew called your company and we came to a compromise - I would pay half until the job was properly completed. We settled at that arrangement and the installer said they would be back in a few days to replace my bathroom window.
While I understand the issues with the wrong bathroom window and front door were not directly their fault, I have many other issues that came up during the project that make me question the quality of the work I expected. When the installers were working on the rear sliding door, they put drain holes in the strip on the bottom. This door is inside an enclosed lanai where there is no rain at all and they also put the aluminum strip on the wrong side of the door. Also, while the installers were working on the slider, they spilled some kind of adhesive on my tile floor. They did not clean it up and I haven't been able to get it up with anything since. We were told by project manager Dan Wood, that the installers would leave our alarm sensors dangling from the wires so that we could put the sensors back on the new windows. There must have been some misdirection between Dan and the crew, because they clipped the wires at the very top of the window and I was not able to use or set my alarm until the rest of the window and sliding door project was complete. Since I was waiting on the bathroom window to be re-done, I paid for three months of an alarm system that I couldn't use, because the installers did not do what they were supposed to.
I called a few times for follow up, only to find out that the new window and door had still not arrived at your facility yet. I finally received a call on November 12th to schedule the installation of our front door, fix the slider, replace the window in my bathroom, and do some minor repairs on other windows. They said everything had been received and they were ready to finish the job. Regrettably, it could not be scheduled until November 30th at 2:00.
The worker showed up as scheduled that day with a sash for my bathroom window; he put it in and then my bathroom window would not open at all. After further discussion, the earliest time someone could come out and look into fixing it AGAIN, was Monday, December 7th between three and five. They still did not know when my front door would be in. Another technician arrived on the 7th and replaced the sash with another one, but still no replacement window as I was told up front. The window now sits crooked and does not open.
I was also told that when my slider was done and fixed, I would have to reschedule ADT to come out and replace the sensors due to your workers cutting the wires to my alarm system (after I was told that they would not cut them). I scheduled ADT to come out three times and had to cancel every time due to the false promises from your company. I was told from Dan Wood that the company would pay for the reinstallation of my alarm system due to the error. I also need to be reimbursed for the monthly monitoring of the system that I have paid for and have been unable to use for this length of time. The installation was $434 dollars and the monthly service was $63/month (x 3 months = $189). That is a total of $623.00. I have already paid your company over $4000 and would like the remaining balance reviewed and adjusted.
Weather Tite Windows called me and scheduled installers to come out on Friday, December 11th. These were the best installers I have come in contact with yet - Alicia and Josh. They showed up at 11:00 to install the new front door. They removed the old door and started installing the new door, when they realized a whole new set of problems. There were cracks in the molding around the windows and one door is taller than the other. I couldn't even lock my dead bolt lock. They let me know they were going to need to do a temporary install with this door and have Dan order a new door, AGAIN. They taped the openings of the door so that we wouldn't have any moisture problems. On the 18th of January, two company managers came out and re-measured the opening of the door to make sure the new one would fit. When they were finished, I was told the door would be ready in about four weeks and that I would be receiving a call to schedule the installation.
I let them know I wanted Alicia and Josh to install our new door and bathroom window. On March 13th, there were two different installers who finally came to work on the front door and I am now able to lock the dead bolt after months of not being able to lock my own front door. The molding around the windows is still broken and Dan W. informed me that he "forgot about this job" and that the molding being cracked was a manufacturer problem, not a Weather Tite Window problem. Seeing as how I purchased everything through Weather Tite Windoe with installation, I would expect that you would deal with the manufacturer on whatever defects there are on the product(s). On March 15th, Dan W. called me and said that they have my bathroom window and they could schedule it to be installed tomorrow. I said that was fine and he told me at that time, that the installer would be picking up the balance due from me. I said that the front doors were still cracked at the moldings and that along with my reimbursement surrounding the alarm system, I felt the bill should be adjusted because of all the issues. Dan stated that he couldn't do that. I have been more than patient through all of this and reviewing and adjusting the invoice is the right thing to do. This project was started in September - it is now the ladder part of March - I still don't have a replaced bathroom window and my front doors still have broken molding around them. I asked him for a manager's phone number or e-mail to escalate my concerns and he said that he couldn't give me that. I told him that I had a letter prepared to go to the company and he said to send it to him and that he would make sure that it got to the top. Due to his negative attitude, I knew that wasn't going to happen so I am reaching out directly to try and get some resolution before engaging a third party. Despite all of this and completely unrelated, I have lost my husband and son unexpectedly over the last 7 months and I will not sit back and allow myself to be taken advantage of by some corporation. Please contact me promptly with a fair solution to these issues or I will engage other necessary parties to do so through legal action.
