This has been an excellent experience, so far. Beginning with Hayden as the salesperson, to Don, to Brad & Mark, all of whom are courteous & friendly. I would definitely recommend Ameritech to friends & family for their replacement windows.

Ameritech has been amazing. Very upfront and helpful with making decisions. The door and windows were installed by professionals and have kept the quality we were looking for. We are excited to get sliding placed on our house and know it will be done fantastic.

Another great meeting with Scott! He assessed our door needs and created a reasonable bid to give us exactly what we needed to replace an older garage entry door to our home. We've had a bear in our garage and wanted to upgrade both security and quality! Thanks Ameritech!

I was happy with the way *** fixed the door and window and the way he expanded to me just what caused the problem. As far as I am concerned *** is a top notch service person who knows his job.Again thank you *** and Ameritech for a job well done.The windows are great. I love them.

We had Ameritech replaced three windows and three entrance doors. The installation process is methodical, neat, and professional. *** is great at what he is doing. The quality of the doors and windows are exceptional. Wish I could have replaced windows on main floor with Ameritech if my HOA was not unreasonable.

They sent multiple text messages plus a robocall to my phone. Someone named "Scott". Looks to have been sent from a shammed phone number, but left their main number as a call back number. I have no idea who these *** are, but what they are doing is illegal; reported to the Do Not Call list. God help them if they ever try to sell me anything in person.

Really unbelievable on a day like today that is so windy the difference I feel with my Ameritech Windows. I was at my mothers home earlier today and you could literally feel the drafts from across the room with her older windows. I do appreciate the level of detail that Ameritech spent with my older home throughout the process to ensure my satisfaction! Do you give repeat customer discounts if we decide to do my mothers home?

Not only was the estimate free, they also gave me an energy analysis on all the windows and doors in my home! My project manager then went through and showed me where my biggest trouble areas were & where there's still a lot of life left. I was able to take care of only what I needed to and then had a price point to plan and budget for the future. I can't wait for them to be installed and finish up the rest when the time comes!

Recently had french doors and two sliding glass doors installed that were in desperate need of replacement. I must say, especially the sliding glass doors are of unbelievable quality, they exceeded the high expectations that the sales guy set when doing my in home visit. I would recommend this company to anyone that is looking for high quality products and thus far, tremendous levels of attention to detail and service. I am very,very happy and satisfied.

Recently had 7 windows installed...my particular concern was West facing windows that were unbearable in both the direct summer sun and really drafty in the winter. I cant tell you what a difference a day makes and these new windows, it really is like a new house! I appreciate the attention to detail from everyone involved, including a complete walk through again explaining the operating features of their product, it was fantastic! Thanks everyone, look forward to finishing my remaining windows up soon!

Wow,wow,wow...what a difference this makes. I just completed a whole home energy package with Ameritech! I did siding, attic insulation and windows as my older home had some serious issues with energy efficency. Seriously, as soon as the the products were installed, I immediately noticed the home maintaining the heat and no more drafts. These windows are beyond what I was expecting, incredible quality! Worth every ***, great installation team, great customer service. I look forward to finishing my house soon!

The worst company I have ever dealt with in my life. It has been 2 1/2 years of one thing after another. Three of the four crews they sent did faulty work and left trash behind(if they showed up). I had wind blowing in around my windows after they installed them. They said they didn't need a permit. I found out they did and they failed to pass the inspection. They didn't insulate the windows on the inside. They didn't seal the windows on the exterior and water came in. Now I have mold behind my walls. The owner has been rude and arrogant through out the process.

Recently placed an order with Ameritech after receiving more estimates than I would like to admit to! I must say, I do appreciate a company taking the time to not only answer all my questions but to also demonstrate the quality of their respective products instead of the normal salesperson just talking about how great they are. You can see and feel the difference, you can immediately tell the difference in a locally owned and operated company versus these big nationwide window chains that only care about making a sale as quickly as they can and moving on to the next one. Thank you *** for your patience and diligence!

I recently had two sets of french doors and three windows installed. My rep had touted the extreme quality but you do always wonder if it will live up to the hype. I do have to say as I am not normally one to leave reviews ,good or bad...you can instantly tell what a great product this is! Its like sitting in a luxury car for the first time and smelling the high quality leather and having all the options at your fingertips, the first time I opened and closed the doors and windows, you could tell immediately this is ultra high quality. I look forward to completing my project once I have this set paid off, thanks everyone for a job well done!

We had our whole house of windows installed today, I have to say that the immediate difference I felt in the cooler temps and noise reduction( My back yard backs up to a very busy street) was pretty amazing. I normally would have to have my TV volume more than 50% of the way up but now it is nice to have normal TV volume since we eliminated the street noise. I noticed a small rip in one of the screens after the installers left and called the service department and a few hours later they had another service person out to fix the screen and walked me through all the features of the windows! I am beyond satisfied and these were well worth the money and a little bit of a wait, you get what what you pay for! Thanks everyone, I appreciate your attention to detail, customer service and prompt response!

I meant to do this awhile back but our recent inclement weather was a reminder for me to rave about these windows! I live in a more remote, mountain town and when we get adverse weather, it seems to come in droves! A few weeks ago we had some hail like I have never seen before in over 20 years here in ***, I was admittedly not very hopeful on how any window would hold up to the barrage and beating all the windows received over that two day period! I am way beyond impressed to say that there is literally not a scratch on these things, not sure how that is even possible to be honest! I had to make an insurance claim for my roof and when the adjuster came out to look, he was amazed that I hadn't submitted a claim for any window damage! Super impressed Ameritech, you said they were the ABSOLUE BEST and I am a believer now!

On May 8, I signed a contract with Ameritech Windows to have two sides of my garage sided. The total cost, including materials and labor, was $4400. However, on May 11, Ameritech informed me that there was a significant pricing error in my favor. Despite this mistake, Ameritech agreed to honor the contract. I accepted their offer.

Unexpectedly, on June 7, an Ameritech employee showed up at my property without any prior notice. They informed me that Ameritech no longer intended to honor the contract. According to them, the job should have been priced at $23k, not $4400 as stated in the contract. They claimed that honoring the contract would be too costly for Ameritech. It is worth mentioning that Ameritech has a track record of prioritizing their own interests over those of the consumers when it comes to enforcing contracts.

I tried to negotiate with Ameritech to find a solution that would allow them to honor the contract. However, they refused to engage in any negotiations and flatly refused to honor the contract. Despite their refusal, I did not release Ameritech from the contract. Unfortunately, I was left with no choice but to hire a new contractor at a significantly higher price than the original contract.
