Had a wonderful experience with a representative from Wilke Window and Door. The representative's name was not mentioned, but by the time he left I was ready to adopt him! Needless to say, he did a great job! Definitely five star service!

We had eight window panels with seal failure replaced under warranty. The representative from Wilke Window & Door came out to take the measurements and then returned to do the installation after the replacement glass was ordered and received. He was very professional and did a great job.

The technician from Wilke Window and Door replaced a window over our garden tub today. He did an excellent job and cleaned the window when he was finished. He was very pleasant and arrived on time. He completed the job in short order and explained to me what he had done before leaving.

The service man, John, was courteous and professional. He replaced the broken window and installed a new screen efficiently and quickly. He answered my questions and also fixed a problem on another window, explaining what happened and how to fix it in the future if it happened again without additional charge. I was completely satisfied with the work.

We could not be any more pleased with our experience with Wilke Window and Door. Two years ago they replaced our front door, and just completed new energy-efficient windows at about a fourth the cost of other leading window brands. From the person who came out to estimate the job, to Nick and his crew with the installation very professional. We highly recommend Wilke!

John and Sarah arrived not just on time, but a little early! It was refreshing to not wait and wait. They replaced our double pane window and even caulked around the outside in about 1/2 hour. They were also willing to look at some of the hardware on other windows and took time to explain to us what options that we have. We have been very happy with the service of Wilke Windows.

Great Company and Great Team! I really enjoyed working with John, Sarah, and Mike to design and install our new kitchen. John's design ideas were amazing and really captured our ideas for transforming our kitchen and dining area. Sarah and Mike did an amazing job installing the kitchen, appliances and accessories. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none! I look forward to working with them on our next remodeling project!

John came to my home today to measure for a window repair. He was extremely helpful in every concern. He even repaired a problem I had with my patio door which wasn't even what he was here for. He is an asset to Wilke and I'm thankful they sent him to my home. Everyone should have this level of service available to them when there is an issue with a product. He is going to return to replace the window and I have full confidence in him. Thanks John.

Great job to Wilke Windows and the Jason install crew! These guys were efficient and installed beautiful windows and a patio door. They cleaned up daily and left the house better than when they started. We love all of our new windows (26 total + door) and we are now enjoying a much better view with great casement windows. Our house is not that old but the windows in it were horrible, seals broken, leaks, wind would blow and it would rattle the blinds.

We had three windows, bought 30 years ago from Wilke, that needed repairing. Their technician came out, correctly analyzed the problem, and in less than an hour efficiently and effectively repaired all three. My husband, a perfectionist, was so impressed with their ability and quality of work that he has contacted several of his friends to share their name and praises of their work. We're thankful to them and Wilke Windows for such high-quality and professional service.

I understand that delays due to subcontractor problems during Covid are outside Wilke's control. But the sales associate gave us a wildly inaccurate time estimate when they asked us for half the cost down payment. Months later Wilke seems to think a generic letter every other month that says, essentially, they have no idea when or if they'll get to us is "customer service." All we want is a realistic estimate. And why is it expected that we have to reach out to them? I honestly have no idea if we will ever get our new door.

John, from Wilke Window and Door came to replace the mechanism for one of our malfunctioning crank out windows. He quickly repaired it and gave advice about a lubricant spray that Wilke sells that can help keep all the windows functioning well. I also asked him about a brass door stop that was beginning to fail and he called me later that afternoon to tell me that Wilke had one in stock, although it was not in the finish I wanted. The point is this- he actually called me back to let me know. Just wanted to say customer service still exists.

I'm not here to get anything back from this company. I'm only here to show the facts. My friend custom ordered his countertop from Lifestyle Kitchen and Baths. He was very lucky he was home when the delivery truck arrived because just looking at the pictures alone you can see the custom job they did making this countertop. Everyone in skilled trade would have laughed this company out the door. One side of the custom countertop was beveled, the other was not, and they pieced in a corner. I wish they'd allow pics here; you would laugh. To add injury to insult, my friend John asked for a refund from a manager in charge and was denied for over a week. Absolutely acted like an A-hole (pardon), finally after my friend had to keep bugging him, he reluctantly gave him a refund. No one should ever be treated badly like this guy treated my friend. Even the delivery guy who brought it said he noticed it right away but it was his job to deliver, not critique the work. The public needs to see this so they can judge whether or not to purchase from this company. High prices and shoddy craftsmanship. Do not buy from them.
