We replaced 4 windows and Igor the project manager gave me a great deal. The installer Orest and Andrew did a very good job job ,very professional and We are very happy . Thanks 100% recommended.

We had a great experience with a slight damage issue that was resolved to our satisfaction. Good crew to work with. Work done promptly and neatly over 3 days. We had 18 windows replaced. They do a great job.

3 men with gloves and masks under the current virus situation, installed 3 doors and 3 windows in a day, friendly, informative and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the products, the sales guy Kevin *** Jason and the install staff.

We had whole house of windows with triple pane and doors replaced. We are very satisfied with the entire process. It was quick, clean and very efficient. Olga was our sales rep and we were very happy with her professionalism and workmanship of installers. 5 stars!

Wthe estimator and installers were good.Found scratch on window but because i waited to long to tell them i had to pay for another *** one also scratched but only thing they would do was pay for half. I paid for new one so why should i fork out more money.

Canadian choice windows and doors did a great job for my mom's house 7 years ago and later on i decided to get my two windows replaced. Igor project manager gave me a great deal and very happy with the job. Today we got a great deal with our two garden doors. We will definitly recommend this company to anyone.

We had 6 new windows installed, not only were they quick they were very considerate of the COVID situation and wore protective gear. Before they left they made sure everything was to my satisfaction. They were friendly and knowledgeable about the installation process. The new windows are beautiful, very glad we went with Canadian Choice.

Very pleased with my new living room window with two opening side panels for ventilation and two new entrance doors complete with venting sashes. Great service from salesman Kevin, very professional installation team, efficient, knowledgeable and terrific cleanup job throughout the project and afterward. It was second time that we used Canadian Choice windows for our windows and doors project. First time they did new sunroom and second time it was new front door and the big shaped windows. The job was done earlier than we were told and installers were incredible. Olga was our project manager for both projects and she is very professional and has lots of knowledge. My wife and I where needing windows as are old ones where rotting out. I looked on the internet and found Canadian choice windows with a 5 star rating. I called them up and that is when I met IGOR who is the project manager. Igor came to my house and helped us pick out the right windows for our house at a very reasonable cost. My wife and I would like to thank Eric and Ernie for the excellent and professional job they did installing our new windows. I will recommend Canadian choice windows to all my friends and families.

!Be AWARE!. If you're installing an egress windows in your basement, the company is not responsible for the material removal as result of digging holes in the ground to make the well fit the opening space, you have to DIY, and is an extra budget to consider from your pocket and add on to the windows contract. The sales representative didn't mention or forgot to mention this to me when I engage in the service, so I recommend ask many questions as you consider before sign the contract. Other than that I'm very satisfied with my windows installation, the team leader Orest he's gonna ask you and answer for any doubt you may have during all the installation process, they perform a good work, the job was done on time and efficiently.

We were looking to replace all the windows in our home in ***, and picked 3 local window companies to get a quote. *** Choice Windows was our first pick as they were endorsed by Bryan *** in the flyer we had received. When the salesperson arrived, we did the walk through and then the pressure started to sign. He started out at the top of a sheet of paper with a cost to do the windows, put a box around the number, and highlighted it in yellow, then he provided a reason why he could lower that cost, crossed out the box and put in a revised number in a new box, highlighted it yellow, and this continued down the page to the bottom, with the final cost. Some of the reasons for the reductions were, "I like you guys", "you are good people", or "I will talk to the boss" and I think I can get it". He bragged about the amount of business he had done in sales during Covid times, and how good he was. In the end, he wanted us to sign before he left. No matter how many times we told him this was our first quote, that we needed time to think about it, we own a business and need to be careful as we have less revenue, and we are getting other quotes. None of this mattered. It was literally like he didn't care and did not hear us. He told us, "don't waste his time", and "my time is valuable". We could just sign now and have 10 days to cancel. "Why would we not do that!" He was not happy. He said he would give us 24 hours to get the quote he gave us. We stood firm, respectfully declined, and had 2 more quotes from reputable window companies in ***. The experience with these other 2 reputable companies was night and day. They were, in contrast, very professional, came and went in less then an hour, with the quote arriving by email about a week later. No pressure. I phoned *** Choice Windows the day after the salesperson had been at our home, and asked how long the quote was good for. I was told 30 days. I explained our experience and she said she would have the owner call me. After several days I had not received a call from the owner, and called back. They said again they would p%%%%%% the message on to the owner. I have never received a call back from the owner. We ended up gladly paying more for windows from a reputable local window company that we trust. Never receiving a call back from the owner of the *** Choice Windows is a flag - if there are issues from an install, which there can be with any company - how could we trust *** Choice Windows now to resolve any problems if the owner does not bother to respond to concerns before a sale? I also contracted Bryan *** to advise of our experience. We are not unreasonable, and did not deserve the lack of respect and pressure we experienced. I would suggest being very careful with this company, and make sure to get several quotes before picking one.

Had windows installed in 2022, more damage to home than what windows are worth, no skills or craftsmanship.. They have tried to put them in right however its the blind leading the blind.. Also ordered draftlock windows and they put in some cheap vinyl design windows... Stay away from this company...40,000 dollars later and still not done properly... Excessive damage to home and they say there not responsible for the damage

Got new windows and doors from these guys. The doors got gaps and we didn't even get to choose the storm doors. The storm doors are hard to close and my family got hurt by them. We complained three times but didn't get any reply.

We got our windows changed in July, and after they were done, I saw a mark on one of them. I hit up Canadian Choice the next day, and they said they'd fix it under warranty. It's December now, and I haven't heard anything about it since.

Canadian Choice windows put in my windows in Feb 2019. One of the windows in the kitchen is leaking when it rains. I called the service manager 5 times but only talked to him once. He said he would come to my house 2 weeks ago Monday but he hasn't come yet. I called again but can't talk to him, I left messages with the receptionist. I think it's not fair because there's a 25 year warranty on the windows.

I got my windows replaced in 2016 and they did a good job with the install. But lately, my living room window has been making popping sounds when the sun hits it and it's been bugging me. I emailed the company twice in May but didn't hear back. Then I tried their website chat on Oct 28, 2020 and they said someone would get in touch with me. But still no response.

I'm so bummed out about my experience with Canadian Choice Windows. At first, I was stoked because *** hooked me up with a sweet deal on some windows. But then, everything went downhill. I asked for the window specs a bunch of times so I could plan some outdoor projects, but it took them forever to actually give them to me. I first asked on March 27, and I didn't get them until May 14 - over a month and a half later! When they were installing the windows, they messed up a wire in my house because they didn't have the right gear, and then they tried to argue with me about paying for the damage they caused. We finally agreed on $400, but I still don't think it was enough. The biggest problem, though, is that they gave me windows that weren't what I ordered or paid for.

I made a deal with Canadian Choice Windows and doors in May . The project manager said he'd match the color of my choice if I provided the color number and company name. My windows were wooden and matched my furniture, wardrobe, and doors. So, I emailed them the color number and all the details. After waiting for two months, they brought a different color that didn't match. I refused to install it and called the manager, but he didn't answer my phone or emails. After several attempts, he finally called and said he didn't receive my email. I asked why he didn't ask about the color we discussed over the phone. He said he mailed it, which is wrong. I had to contact another company to fix the problem, and I paid $874.00 excluding taxes. I sent pictures to the company to redo the work, but instead of apologizing, they blamed me for choosing the color. It was a frustrating experience, and I kept all the correspondence for future reference.

We hired Canadian Choice Windows & Doors to switch out all our windows and doors in our crib. Everything was cool until our locksmiths came to put in the permanent hardware and found out that the installers had cut ginormous holes under the temporary hardware they gave them. The holes are so big that our new hardware can't even cover them up. They didn't even use the right tool to cut the holes, just chiseled them out. They didn't need to cut the holes that big since they knew the hardware was just temporary. We've been emailing back and forth with the company and they're sticking up for their installers. The installers came back last night and said they didn't do anything wrong and denied that we told them the hardware was temporary. But then he admitted that if he knew, he wouldn't have cut the holes so big. That tells us he knew he messed up and didn't have our best interests in mind. We were home when they did the work, but they didn't say anything about making the handle holes bigger. If they had told us, we would have gotten different hardware. We got pics of the holes and a statement from a locksmith who was shook by what they did to our doors.

I bought some windows from Canadian Choice Windows & Doors on August 18, 2022 for $12,357.14. I wanted to get some Egress windows installed in my basement, but there was a problem. The salesperson who sold me the windows said I didn't need a building permit, but then a week before the windows arrived, they told me I did need one. I eventually got the permit, but then the city said I needed to hire a Structural Engineer to make sure it was safe to install the windows. The Engineer said it wasn't safe, so I had to cancel the project. But Canadian Choice Windows & Doors said it was too late to cancel and that I had to pay for the windows anyway. They said they couldn't use them or sell them easily. I asked them to refer me to their Engineer, but he wasn't very helpful. I think this is unfair and I want my $1000 deposit back. The prices in the agreement were not itemized, which was tricky. I'm not very experienced with contractors, so I feel like I was taken advantage of. I hope the ComplaintsBoard.com can help me out.

I bought 9 windows and 2 doors from Canadian Choice Company on April 07 for my home. I paid a deposit of *** CAD to the Salesman who took my order. He said all installation would be done by July , but it got delayed to August and then September. On September 17, I took a day off from work to be there when the team showed up. The first installer came and didn't have all the windows with him. He pulled out the existing windows aggressively and caused damage to the drywall and studs of existing window frames of the master bedroom and 2 other rooms. Once the first window was installed, a big gap appeared between the new window and stud of existing frame. I called the Salesman to have the installer stop the work, but he didn't call him right away. The second installer came to evaluate the situation and noticed the big gap. On September 24, the installer showed up late. Mr. added plywood to the vertical parts of window frame and plywood as well as 2X4 stud on horizontal parts of the window frame to fix the mess that the first installer made and to make the new window fit properly. In regards to the two other rooms, Mr. asked me to change the measurement of rough opening for windows. Basement Windows brought by the first installer to replace existing ones are very small and about 50% smaller than existing windows. I am disappointed with the services your installers provided me. The first installer didn't have the necessary skills, diligence and basic care. The measurements were not adequately taken by Mr. since he didn't remove the interior trim to see the rough opening and therefore the measurement didn't reflect the correct sizes of the rough opening for windows. During my last communication with Mr., he hanged up on me prior to me finishing my thoughts. The management team in *** doesn't have control of their installer, didn't call to notify me of his potential tardiness, asking me to call and deal with installers directly and delayed the product delivery to my home for almost 3 months. The two other rooms are without windows installed, covered only with plywood and the work in master room was unfinished. Therefore, I would like to escalate the case to your senior management team.
