In June, a dude came to my door and asked to check my roof. I said sure, why not, since they're a local company. They came in July and said I needed some repairs and new gutters. I said okay and they took a sample of my shingles to match. But it's been over a month and I haven't heard back from them. They won't answer my calls or emails. I think they only wanted to do full roof replacements and now that they got approved for the repairs, they're ghosting me. All I want is for them to replace the shingle they took and make it right. Then I'll find someone else to fix the rest. They can't just leave me with missing shingles and not fix it.
