Window World review: Installing the inserts

Installation was great. However, I have been trying to get the inserts installed in my windows for months. I have made over 50 calls. Twice people have come out to install them. The first time the guy left without saying anything or installing anything. The second time he installed most but not all of them.

Other issues have included people showing up when no one was here because we didn't know anyone was coming.

Desired outcome: I just want someone to call us and schedule a person to come out and put in the last few inserts.
