On May 7th I went to my local winco at 3150 N Case Rd city Perris CA 92571 I got of accused of stealing because I grad medication out my bag for health reasons I didn't know until I walk out of winco a bald head Mexican guy with tattoos and a black male and a lady from customer service approached me outside of the store after I purchased my groceries of almost 200 dollars and said I was stealing so confused and miss embarrassed at the same time I had my daughter with me pulled me to a office never showed me on camera of anything I was stealing and proceeded to type up paperwork and tell me to never come in winco again I'm writing to inform you guys on the lawsuit that's about to take place
Claimed loss: This happen today so embarrassing I had a Uber outside waiting for me and my family
Desired outcome: He never showed me anything I was accused of stealing told me he will call the police if I said anything else I spend so much money it's ridiculous and to be treated this way is unnecessary I will be filing a lawsuit
