I received my product and was so disappointed it looked like someone had worn it, the tag was in a lose thread even the hair net the product was in looked ragged, it was disgusting. I called their customer service line I explained the piece looked worn the gal responded the pieces they sell have been opened boxed which means you're not getting a new piece, well if I would have known that I would not have ordered from them, it simply doesn't look like a Jon Renau hair piece, she said in order to get a refund you have to go online print a label and ship back, so I printed label I noticed I will have to pay for shipping which means I might have to pay $25.00 I also noticed when they get it shipped back they will charge 10% for inspection the piece, if they would had done their job in the first place I wouldn't be dealing with a defective product in the first place. I will never order from wig outlet ever again, I'm highly disappointed and disgusted.
