WRONG SIZE I want a refund. I ordered a dress from Silksilky and it's totally the wrong size. I'm so disappointed because I was really looking forward to wearing it for a special occasion. The website said they have a good return policy, so I hope they honor it and give me my money back. It's frustrating when you spend your hard-earned money on something and it doesn't even fit. I just want to get this sorted out and get my refund as soon as possible.

The thing (order#***) was sent back to its *** warehouse on 03/14/2022 like they told me. I'm still waiting for my money back. Just give me a refund instead of sending me more emails.

This company don't provide a phone number. They don't respond to email either. I have an order that has bounced around the world. See attached document. The company doesn't respond. The product I received from Silksilky was way too small. The XL size I ordered turned out to be more like a regular medium. I reached out to the company to request an exchange. They advised me to either keep the item as a gift and order a larger size or return it with a tracking number for an exchange. I decided to send it back, which ended up costing me an additional $30. However, I was then informed that they didn't have a larger size available for exchange. They offered a refund instead. Curious about the timeframe, I asked how long it would take. Unfortunately, after a couple of weeks of silence, I was informed that the only person who could process the refund was on vacation for the summer. Frustrated, I suggested that the owner step in and help me get my money back. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved.

In December , I bought a silk slip dress from Silksilky as a present for my wife. I picked a size that usually fits her. But when she tried it on, it was too tight. I reached out to the company because there were no return instructions. After trying multiple times, I finally got a reply asking for my wife's measurements. I provided the measurements in early January 2022, but I haven't received any further communication from them. I've sent several emails asking for a refund or exchange, but it's been over two months and the company hasn't responded.

I made a mistake and ordered from the Silksilky website on 12/10. I thought it was a different website because it looks similar to another one. I received the items on 12/20. On the same day, 12/20, I messaged Silksilky to start a return for the item. The website says that you need to contact them for return instructions. I have sent several messages but never received a reply with return instructions and the return label. I ended up returning the item to the address on the website: *** I mailed the items back through *** and the tracking number# ***. The tracking number showed that they received the package and returned it to the sender. This company has ignored my messages and doesn't want to refund my money.

This Silksilky vendor, they keep dodging direct answers to questions, especially when it comes to order problems and getting my money back. They ain't responding anymore about my cancelled order that I never got a refund for. So, on Aug 15, I made a mistake and ordered something online, but I quickly contacted them to cancel it. They got my message and agreed to cancel the order. They charged me $38.56 on ***, and they asked me to confirm that I wanted a refund. I said yes in two separate emails within 48 hours, and I asked them both times to confirm that they got my request and would give me my money back. But they didn't reply. You can't email them directly, you gotta use their site for all inquiries, and that's what I did. They don't even have a phone number to call. And here's another thing, their very first email said they might not be a perfect company, which makes me think that other people had bad experiences with them before. They confirmed that they cancelled my order, so I never got the product, and I should get a full refund. All I want is to get my money back for an order that got cancelled and never arrived. I'm worried because this business can't even write proper English, and now they ain't talking to me when I ask about my refund. I got all the emails to prove what I'm saying.

I bought some pajamas for my wife from Silksilky, but they turned out to be too small. I asked them for a return label so I could send the pajamas back, but they asked for my wife's measurements instead. I explained that we had already bought their biggest size, which didn't fit, and asked for a return label and refund. They told me that they are a small company and can't do that. Instead, they offered to refund half of my money if I kept the pajamas. But what good are clothes that don't fit and losing half of my money?

To make matters worse, they charged me $10 for shipping, even though they advertise it as free for orders over $59. I paid $89.95 for the pajamas and $9.95 for shipping, which adds up to $99.90. Since they are based in ***, I would lose even more money if I had to pay for return shipping, and there's no guarantee it would even arrive. Looking at the return instructions, it seems unlikely that it would ever get there, let alone waiting for my refund.

I've been going back and forth with them through email for over a month now because making a phone call would be expensive and I'd probably be on hold forever. It's clear that they are playing games with me, hoping I'll give up. My order number is *** and I placed it on 12/14. They keep asking for measurements, even though I've explained multiple times that we bought their largest size.

They told me they are planning to build a factory in ***, but honestly, people like this don't deserve to grow. They will always find ways to take your money. Please help.
