Absolute SCAM! I have been reaching out to my "account team" at Why Unified to no avail. I have been ignored, dodged, put off and lied to about how making zero money eight (8) months in is part of the plan".
My two Amazon accounts WHY UNIFIED opened for me on my behalf have been suspended several times due to inactivity. I am never approved for a "featured offer" because they always price my one item too high above competitors. Why Unified has listed only two items in 8 MONTHS, one of those items - Neosporin - has been "out of stock" for SIX of those eight months. We all know that this is impossible. Neosporin is readily available everywhere, including Amazon.
After raising concerns, I was told the Neosporin would be replaced with something else but yet that never happened. I gave $1000 for inventory (that is a total of 10 items that *could* be listed) and only one, with the exception of the Neosporin being out of stock for six months, has been listed in my stores. I have asked to be able to take the account over, but they refused to allow me to do that. I have asked for them to share how it is exactly their marketing my stores because they are not doing any sales at all and I'm always told I'm not allowed to know that information. I have very detailed account of the lack of effort and/or attention that has been given through these people at WHY UNIFIED who are supposed to have a fiduciary responsibility to grow my accounts and make money.
I was sold on a "done-for-you" platform with an investment of $14,372 on a guaranteed income of $100K - $120K a year. This is not true and there is no hope of reaching those goals within the next four (4) months. I am also told by my team that my account has to reach certain rating milestones before it becomes profitable. Getting ratings for zero sales and zero activity seems impossible and non-sensical to basic marketing philosophies. Even if so, this team has failed to fix the inventory issue or switch me to another product OR even reach out to me at all for over two months. Eight months in, $14,372 investment, and not a SINGLE PENNY MADE. PLUS ~ I've actually lost an additional $288 because I have to pay $36 a month for my Amazon accounts. So, add $288 to my loss through Why Unified, not to mention the time and effort that I have put into this venture.
My business partner and husband has filed an FTC complaint claiming that Why Unified is possibly operating under a Pyramid or Ponzi scheme, whereas those at the top make money from gaining additional investors like us first. We also have intentions on filing complaints with the FBI, Secretary of State of Delaware and anyone else that will listen if WHY UNIFIED does not rectify this situation. In speaking with other investors in Why Unified, they are having the same problem and are getting ZERO attention from the Why Unified management team. These parties have voiced interests in filing a class action law suit against Why Unified for various actions, include unfair and unethical business practices, fraud and any other cause of action that may be applicable. Not only is it unethical and downright illegal to take someone's sizeable investment and do nothing to protect it and grow that investment, it is a criminal act in the method in which Why Unified has done it.
WHY UNIFIED guaranteed $100-$120K annual income to me with my $14,372 investment - 8 months in and there has been ZERO DOLLARS MADE! Z.E.R.O.! With ZERO effort being given to my account(s)!
I am asking for a FULL REFUND at this point. THE LAST 4 MONTHS THAT I HAVE TRIED TALKING TO SOMEONE demanding results and accountability, NOONE has called me or emailed me back at all -not a WORD from anyone!

We need to band together and file a class action lawsuit. If you go to Trust pilot, the amount of negative reviews stating the same issue is insane.
What's funny is that Why Unified just filed a lawsuit to protect sellers from marketplace abuse.

Include me in any Class Action Lawsuit. They use a Term Contract with an Illegal Non Disparagement Clause and use it against you to get out of refunding the investment by claiming you violated their Terms of Service by making disparaging comments that damaged their business. They use false information to market and advertise to obtain an upfront investment, and you get nothing in return.

There’s an open case against them filed from an individual currently for Corts fraud in Texas that was just filed the end of April.
We just finished our contract term today. we never made the first sale. we notified them a week in advance that we wanted to request a refund to insure the process goes smoothly. Talked to Customer service about timelines and the process. We cannot access the compliance dashboard until tomorrow. the first step for the refund is verifying our identity with a third party group. after that the compliance team starts the process to verify we are warranted the refund. The customer service rep said most refunds happen in 30 business days but some take as long as 60 business days. I started a calendar immediately after I got off the phone for dates and contact information. Meanwhile, until a third party agency verifies who we are we cannot email or contact the Compliance department directly. Doesn't seem transparent or above the board to me, I have been in frequent contact over the last year and now they have to ask someone else to verify who I am? We are locked out of the Compliance dashboard until we can be verified. I'll keep you posted.
Did you ever gain access to Compliance? I sent my documents over for "identification" today. I hope it works. My term ends 11/8 but I notified them I wanted cancel the service all the way back in April when I realized the mistake I had made.
I have not been able to access the compliance portal in almost 9 months. They owe me a lot of money so count me in to a class action. I am contemplating an individual lawsuit on my behalf as the amount I invested is significant and the money alone in product costs that were not refunded would in most states be a theft.
I have been fighting the same battle since January 2025 as the repeated comments on here and they continue to operate. If anyone has had any success, please let us know. What were the first steps that you took to get your refund, is there a phone number or a document that you had to provide or contact?
I'm a Why Unified victim as well. They got me for $15,000 that I sent to them in October of 2023. I didn't make any money in 2024 and haven't received a refund after fighting with them for over a year. I've not been able to speak to anyone other than the hourly employees who respond to customer service. I'm willing to join a class action suit to get my money back.

I invested $9,700 with WhyUnified in July of 2024 and got zero sales for the entire year. I have also not been refunded as promised. It's been almost 5 months, and there's been no response. They always put me off and tell me the compliance team will reach out to me when my refund is ready to be processed. I have the emails and even a phone recording. I am more than willing to join the class action lawsuit against them. Also, someone should let Mr. Wonderful know that he is the spokesperson for a scam operation. I felt like his endorsement was credible, but I was completely wrong.
