I received an email from White Pages informing me of a "New Criminal Record Update" for my son. I immediately went and paid $19.99 for a one time report. My son is not speaking to me at the moment or I would have called him instead. There was nothing new, and everything appears good. White Pages pulled a bait and switch on me for a lousy $19.99, and then tried to get me to confirm the same offer more than once so that they could charge me again and again. STAY AWAY

Claimed loss: $19.99

Desired outcome: I want them to remove me from their mailing list, and I'd like the $19.99 returned to my card. I doubt either will happen based upon what I am reading about them, but...
