Ordered the item on January 31, 2026. The tracking info said the customer refused the delivery and it was returned. Have tried to reach out to Whitefox Boutique numberous time via email. Request to call me due to no merchandise was received and would like a full credit. Do not want a store credit because will not order from them again. It seem this is a common practice.
