I saw their pants on one of the channel 7 shows and decided to order them. They took about 6 weeks to come because I was part of the "view your deal" crowd! When they came they were way too big so I sent them back as instructed on the invoice. 6 weeks later I'm still waiting for any response at all! They were sent back FedEx so I know they got them. I've contacted them over and over and NOTHING! Email and phone. Phone they say they are too busy and hang up!

Bad service and extremely bad product. Don't buy overly priced jeans with no style.

I bought LOTS of NYDJ jeans and tops. I'm pretty happy with them. Shipping took soooo long. Way past when I needed the clothes. So my issue with NYDJ is they send me coupons for discounts but don't use them. I've tried calling and emailing them a bunch of times. They never get back to me about anything. It's annoying and they're lying in their ads. If you buy from them (not Dillards or Nordstrom), don't expect any help or service. Be careful with this company.

I submitted an order online for two pieces of clothing, and I put the wrong size down for one of them. I could not get a response via the customer service email after multiple submissions, or their phone number after multiple calls. I am wondering if they took my money but are out of business? Interestingly, when I submitted an email BEFORE I placed my order telling them that their Promo Code "SPRING30" was not working to give me $30 off on my order, they responded to that. After the order was placed, it seems like they no longer have any customer service. Steer clear of this company.

I'm so sorry that I feel I have to write this. I've been wearing NYDJ jeans probably since the company started, love them. But the last year every time I order more jeans they're different. I usually order Marilyn strait and size 12. What I'm getting are all different jeans that are different materials, too tight, too loose, etc. I wind up sending them back. I ordered tall and they were too long. Regular is too short for boots or shoes! The last straw was when I opened the last pair - I don't know if they fit because they came in a sealed bag and they were not only damp, but they smell! The odor was very strong, like mildew. I left them out of the bag to dry but they still smell.

What do I do now?

Order #: *** I placed an order with NYDJ Apparel, LLC and unfortunately, they are refusing to refund my money for merchandise that is UNWORN and still TAGGed. This is really frustrating because I am within the 30-day return period. It's not the first time I've had this issue with them, which makes me question their processes. Their customer service is also terrible, which adds to the overall disappointment.

I sent back 2 jeans in one package, but they only gave me a refund for one pair. I've emailed them multiple times, but haven't gotten any help. They only refunded $109 to my credit card, but it should have been the full $248. I returned both pairs.

I sent back a pair of pants to NYDJ like 3 weeks ago and still no refund. I've been trying to reach them through email, *** messenger, ***, and phone but no luck. They sent me some automated email about their return policy, but that's it.

I sent back a pair of pants for a refund about two weeks ago. I got an email saying they got it and gave me a refund. BUT I NEVER GOT THE REFUND. I've emailed customer service a bunch of times and all I get is a robot reply every single time. I tried the chat thing but no one answered. I even called but there was no agent to talk to. I just want my money back.

I bought two pants from the NYDJ company, but they didn't fit well. I returned them on May 19, but I still haven't received a refund. I called them and they said they refunded me that day, but it's been 3 to 5 business days and still no refund. I emailed them and they told me to wait another 10 days. If I have a problem, they said I should call my bank, but I don't think I should have to do that. They should take care of the problem.

I got 2 jeans, but when I tried them on, they didn't look like the ones on the model. I think they must have pinned or changed them for the pictures. I reached out to customer service to ask about returning them, and they said it wouldn't be a problem. I sent them back, but they only gave me store credit for 1 pair without explaining why. When I asked customer service, they said it was because I removed the tags. Later on, they said they only credited 1 pair because the other one had a stain. I didn't wear either pair, and after a bunch of emails, I asked for the pair they didn't credit to be sent back to me. They then told me that both pairs were being sent back to me.

I bought 2 jeans from NYDJ Apparel, LLC for 96.75 bucks each, making it a total of 193.75. After a 30.00 discount and adding 10.38 in taxes, my final bill came to 173.88. They charged my credit card and sent me an email receipt confirming the amount. Later, I returned one pair of jeans and got a refund of only 86.93. When I called to ask for the rest of my money back, the customer service person refused. They said their computer doesn't show that I paid 96.75 for each jean. But if that's true, why do their confirmation receipts show a different total? I demand a full refund! They can't just charge customers a certain amount and then decide how much to refund when we return something.

I bought 2 pairs of Ami skinny's Size 10 Talls. The stitching and threads around the waistline are popping all over. The material is breaking down. I've ordered from you guys multiple times and you're the only place I buy my jeans from. I'm not sure which order these came from, but I haven't worn them that many times because of the issues. Here's the order number from earlier this year: ***. I placed the order on 7/24. I wash them as specified on the tag, inside out and hand dry. These are 2 pairs of Ami Skinny's in sure stretch, size 10 Talls. I have 6 more pairs of sure stretch jeans: 4 more in boot cut and 2 more pairs in the skinny's, and I don't have any problems with those. I also have other pairs that are older than these jeans and they've held up better. They're all NYDJ jeans.

I bought jeans from NYDJ Apparel, LLC on 5/21/22, order number ***. They're too small. Their website says EASY RETURNS. But it's not! I don't have a printer, so they told me to go to the Fed Ex store and they'll print the info. The person at Fed Ex couldn't get the info from my phone and wasn't helpful. He just kept saying "download it," but I didn't know how. He couldn't or wouldn't assist me. I left the store crying. This isn't how you treat customers. I thought I could box up the product, put an address and return address, and send it back. Nope, it's not an easy return. I don't want to be stuck with $100 worth of jeans when they said it was easy to return. Maybe it's easy for young folks who know computers, but not for a grandma like me. NYDJ's customer service didn't help at all. This isn't how you treat older customers.
