White Fox Boutique review: Horrible! Zero customer service buyer beware!!

HORRIBLE experience! Ordered once will never again! ZERO customer service, all bots! spent a fortune on two sweatshirts and two make up bags for my nieces Christmas gifts was sent only one make up bag reached out multiple times through email (since no phone number) and waited on chats for hours! kept getting bot responses with NO help! finally a response email after multiple attempts from Mirabai saying "That's so strange"! So they stole my money and never sent the missing replacement make up! Worst customer service! I never received another response or the missing item I purchased! if you order and have a problem good luck because this company does NOT care!
