I am filing this complaint due to the unjustified banning of my WhatsApp Business account, which has been in uninterrupted professional use for over 7 years.
This number has always been used exclusively for legitimate business communication, following all of WhatsApp's Terms of Service. We do not send spam, we only communicate with opt-in customers, and we maintain a professional approach in all interactions.
Despite our compliance, the number was suddenly banned without any prior warning or detailed explanation. All follow-up attempts to contact WhatsApp support have only resulted in automated responses, with no real investigation or resolution.
WhatsApp is our main communication tool with clients, and this unexpected block has caused severe disruption to business operations.
Claimed loss: Losses over $5,000 due to blocked client communication, interrupted sales, unfulfilled orders, and business disruption caused by the sudden deactivation of our WhatsApp number.
Desired outcome: Reinstatement of my WhatsApp Business account and a clear, detailed explanation of the ban, with a chance to appeal and receive a response from a real support representative.
