Refund not received after they’ve gotten equipment returned
On March 10th 2025, I reached out to Quantum to refund my money since they received their equipment on January 28th before taking $320.25 out of my account. I reached out on two other occasions March 19th and March 25th of which both times i was told i would receive my refund. My complaint has fallen on death ear although their reps make you seem as if they are trying help you resolve the issue.
Claimed loss: $320.25
Desired outcome: Refund my $320.25.

It’s sad you have to go this route to get some type of help. I had no issue with my service, but when it comes to them owing you money they get a deaf ear to your complaint. They have no problem going into a customer’s account but have issues REFUNDING. Really Quantum you should be ashamed of your ethics at this Point. The problem remains unresolved. I am requesting a full refund per company policy when equipment has been returned and verified. I hope this can get removed without me filing a formal complaint with the proper consumer protection agency.

We had a similar but slightly different experience this summer 2025, we left a rental (bought a house) and they charged us for rented equipment - the same equipment that was in the house when we took up residence and left for the next tenants. In otherwards they are charging for equipment that will only lead to the likelihood that the next renter uses their service. I reached out in this regard and got no response even after an email came form a person in their "customer service" branch. This feels like the kind of thing they are doing on a large scale and it feels fraudulent.
