SurveyMonkey - Time spent on trying to get an invoice from you that I shouldn't have to spend to get an invoice.
I have tried repeatedly to request an invoice in the amount of $468 for the City of Jonesboro. I call and no one is available to take your call? I've sent several emails to only get a response back: Thanks for contacting SurveyMonkey! Based on your request, it sounds like you have questions about getting a copy of a receipt or invoice, and you’re receiving...

Hello, my name is Yvette Barnett and I work for Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, California. I am sending an urgent request for someone to contact me regarding charges to our corporate credit card. The card you charged was the incorrect card. Last year we spoke with you to delete any automatic renewals on that corporate credit card. You assured us that it will be taken care of. As of 9/20/2023, you have charged our corporate credit card again for $1,152.00 and this is unacceptable as we did not authorize this to take place. Please can someone contact me via email or phone to solve this issue. I do not want to report this as fraud to my CC company.

Thank you!
Desired outcome: I would like to have the charged reimbursed immediately. Thank you!
Access to surveymonkey
I have sent numerous emails to your call center in order to reconnect my SurveyMonkey access. The contact person's name is Sean. He initially responded but at the moment the impression is created that they are merely ignoring my emails. I urgently need access to the system and it is starting to impact on the brand of my business. An email trail can be forwarded if required.
Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
My direct contact number in South Africa is +[protected].
Best regards
Marius van Aswegen
Desired outcome: Immediate access to SurveyMonkey with my surveys and data as paid for.
Auto-renewal
Signed up for SurveyMonkey and paid for my first month.
One month later they charged my card without my permission! They never asked me did I want to renew my membership, was I interested in their service and etc. They just took my money as if that was nothing special!
I contacted SurveyMonkey and told them that I had enough with one month to understand that SurveyMonkey wasn't for me and asked them to cancel my membership. They promised to do that but never did! How did I found out about that? Well, that's very simple, next month I got another charge!
These people are scammers! I want them to stop stealing my money!
Company took whatever money I had in my bank account
A company by the name of Survey Monkey sent me a check for 1490.00, which I deposited into my account, waited two days to clear, on Monday the bank had cleared the funds of $1490, I than conducted my first assignment, which was to survey Western Union, there actions, knowledge, customer service skills, etc, and one of the task was to use the funds that they sent me to do a transaction, sending $1065.00 to a Joseph Emmanuel, pick up in Italy, Europe, transaction # [protected], on the 2nd of Oct my bank had called me and told me that the check was returned, and I had a zero balance, which money was also used to pay my rent, etc, tried to contact the company no answer, now Im in the position of over draft fee, insufficient funds, etc. person dealt with at that company was Lisa Ford
Somehow thats the ONLY comment your profile has ever written. The only scam here is a word spelled exactly like ElliotFreind. Go support your kiddie company somewhere else. You don't even have a basis of deciding whether it was a scam or not. But that's ok. After making this one account then going back to depriving others of their earnings your probably too caught up in lying to someone else to read my comment.
You were scammed. That's what happened. Not by SurveyMonkey, but by someone who was spoofing a check to make it look like them. It's your own fault for falling for this.
