So, I decided to give Wet N Wild a try and ordered some products on Black Friday. It's been a while now and I still haven't received my order. The shipping information hasn't been updated and I haven't received any follow-up emails from them, except for the one with the tracking number. I tried calling them twice, but I was on hold for so long that they hung up on me both times. It's really frustrating because I just want to know what's going on with my order.

I decided to fill out a 'Contact Us' form on their website, but I haven't heard anything back from them yet. I'm starting to get really annoyed with this whole situation.
