WestPac Banking review: Fantastic customer service at the Mount Ommaney Branch

Recently, we had a very unfortunate family circumstance where my sister-in-law passed away at 55 and unexpectedly , and she had a very disabled son. All of the care and banking needs for the son were controlled by the mother. As a result when she passed it, left the family with significant issues around how to support our nephew in every aspect of his life. When it came to sorting out his banking, we went to this Mt Ommney to see what could be done and the manager Carol Lane was so professional! She was kind, supportive and thorough. She put into place appropriate services to support our nephew while supporting the family attending the meeting. I could not recommend a branch more highly. Carol is an outstanding manager!
